This mobil app continue to state error and will not go to the log in screen. This app use to work, but now there are issues that can not be worked out by the tech department. Disappointed! Computer log in works fine. Can someone correct this.
App will not connect. After putting in user name and password it just keeps searching over and over and never connects. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no luck. Very frustrating!!!!
Constantly freezing, difficult to navigate, poorly put together. Huge hassle just to check my balance since my account gets locked without notifying me every couple months because the password needs changed (??)
The app hasn't worked properly in weeks. Log-in credentials aren't accepted, app won't open, it's slow, and it's just not doing what it should do. Since the website isn't that great, the app needs to be.
My problem is with the log in. I didnt know the password expired every 6 months. Was hen I tried to log in it gave the same generic failed log in attempt. I had to call to get logged back in.
Love the convenience of this app. I love that GCCU is keeping up with the times by offering things like being able to use your phone to deposit checks.
Doesn't always work. Had to wait 24 hours for the app to work as I kept getting log in error. Had to make multiple photos of deposit before it worked
When it works it's a great app. Very convenient and user friendly. Unfortunately that doesn't occur often.

I have been with this Credit Union since I was 5 years old.
Works well, sometimes the finger print I drops off and you have to find the password.
Terrible app. Terrible bank. App sucks bad. I only keep $5 in this trash bank. Do better!!!
