I loved the App until the recent update. Simplified is not always easier. I would like to have more detail, and the color coded transactions made deposits easier to find. I guess I will have to go back to paper ledgers and hope I don't forget to enter something. The update is truly awful.

I would have rated the app higher except when I tried to use mobile deposit. The app said to write for mobile deposit only. The bank refused the deposit because it was too big which then left me with a useless pay check nobody would touch it with that written on the back. Beware of that feature.

I like the previous version. Now I can't find transactions by keyword... Not even when I put "date sort" starting January 2017. It gives no more than 2 months back...

Great update. Loads quickly, clean look and functional! Has all frequently needed functions. Works great!

Easy to use. Love the upgraded experience

This app doesn't even let you log in half the time, and when it does, it immediately forgets your username and password combination. So when you try to log in, it will say "incorrect username or password" even if you use the EXACT SAME username and password on the website to log in. My recommendation, activate the biometric scanner when you first login to be able to access the app later.

This app performed the basic functions of checking my balances and remote check deposits. Recently, however, is am unable to log in to the app. I receive the error message: An error occurred when connecting to the internet. Please check that you are connected to the internet." (I AM fully connected to the internet) The support email listed on this page bounces back as invalid. No function, no support. That's what this app has become.

Was using Aggieland Credit Union app worked great had no problems. Last week they took that app offline and was forced to start using this one, have only been able to log into my bank once. Ever since all it does is time out. This was supposed to be a move to a better experience, someone sure dropped the ball on that one.

I really like the new app. It gives you access to all your banking at your finger tips. Savings,checking,deposits, transfers between accounts. Absolutely wonderful. The app is absolutely great. I can't say enough about it. It is so easy to use. And extremely secure. Thank you Greater Texas Federal Credit Union.

I can't even access my accounts on this app. Just keep getting an error message saying it can't access customer information at this time... this even happens on their freaking website!!! I will definitely be closing my accounts here because I can't even use the mobile banking features anymore... let alone keep tabs on how much money is in my freaking account.

I "borrowed" some money from my savings account to make sure I had enough money in my checking account for a purchase I was planning. When my income was deposited, I transferred the money back into my savings. It was so easy and problem free. I really love this app and use it all the time. Thank you for providing it.

I enjoy the fast response time & am very satisfied with the Fraud Prevention service. I opened my account in 1989 and have had few complaints. Thanks for all you do.

Deleted my old review. The helpline said that they'd go and update the app to work on my phone and they did! Great customer service! I'm so very thankful because i love my bank and am more than happy to keep banking here! Happy to have my online banking back! It's going smoothly so far!

Wonderful and easy interface, very little difficulty doing online deposits and transfers. Been a member for over 10 years and not leaving any time soon.

Generally very easy to use. I can keep an eye on my incoming and outgoing funds as well as transfer between accounts with a few taps. Good stuff.

Totally Useless Open app and it does absolutely nothing. Seems their website doesn't provide info either when you login there, so I guess they're consistent in doing nothing of use for their customers.

Great being able to view my transaction at a glance on my time. Convenience of transferring money as needed. I've been able to save more money now!

It was working just fine had no problems a few days ago. I guess it updated and now I can't even open the app. It gives me an error message that it can't connect to network. Please Fix This!!

Waited years for this bank to get up to par with the rest of financial institutions of banking online. The app doesn't cut it along horrible bill pay it's not direct. The bank is still dealing in send checks after your online payment which add delays and chaos.

The app was okay, up to par, I guess you could say. One day though, it went under maintenance and since then everytime I try to log in it says I'm offline and to check my internet connection.

The way your program to install and use the app for my banking needs, stinks. I got frustrated with it after trying 3 times to get in to use it.

Useless. Installed and when i clicked it to open for the first time, it immediately had an error and won't open. Too bad as this would have been IMMENSELY helpful.

So I tried to recover my username and accurately put in the info they needed in order to retrieve it but everytime is says unable to retrieve customer details at this time. Please fix this so I can check my account.

Does everything that I need it to do. The "Pay a Member" needs a bit more helpful info on what exactly to put in a few of the fields, but the app is great!

Never have to deal with ads. The app does exactly what I need and keeps me from having to visit the actual bank all the time. Love it

Easy to navigate and get to almost any teller transaction at the comfort at your own home. Love it much!
