The digital app for Android devices/ Amazon tablet crashes all the time. The problem started happening at the end of May, with the app not launching properly, having a blank page, and no page functionality. I've called customer service four times and every time they tell me the issue has been resolved. It works for a day, then nothing! So disappointed and ready to drop my e-subscription. Get your act together PG, that is.. IF you want to keep digital subscribers.
The app constantly crashes on my android phone. I sometimes get through a few articles before it crashes, but once it crashes it usually will not reopen at all until the next day's issue is available. The app does not crash on my wife's ipad.
App crashes way too much. It will do so even after downloading an issue. Have to reload often because the download comes up blurry. Blank pages after download force me to reload often. Freezes up too much. App will shut down for no reason forcing a reload (if it even lets you do that). Update - now loads usa today before the press-gazette. Today it won't even load the p-g only usa today. And stupid me keeps paying for this crappy site.
Very discussed the app.loads but can't bring up the paper. Have been a long time subscriber and travel a great deal and would use this app. I dont know what you did but it doesn't work at all. This is a ripoff and it is JUNK!!!!!!!! I AM NOT HAPPY! I would like to rate this app less than one star but it won't let me.
The app doesn't even allow me to login with my saved username and password. It doesn't say that it's wrong, it just keeps going back to the login screen even when I am entering the correct username and password.
poor service since change over to usa today format, problems getting recognized as subscriber & opening up app. I had to uninstall several times in order to get app to recognize me as subscriber and start app working. Are you listening GB Press Administration? Some improvements made for the better, still not receiving any store sales flyers, it would be nice if we had the kewaunee star free classifieds included
I love using the Press Gazette app. It always remembers which page or article I was last reading. Words are big enough for me to easily read. And I can go back to read previous day's papers. Thanks PG
Great to have a print addition of all the news. I like the ability to move from the print style and flip pages
Very unstable. Crashes and requires reinstall. Now opens only in "Demo" mode and won't access my account.
App locks up a lot. Need to reboot. Annoying. When it works; it's great.
Horible app w/no support. Repeated login and crashing issues. Not worth the price of e-edition subscription.
I love reading the hometown news from my new home in Asia, even if it is pretty expensive for what little local news you actually get.
This app does NOT work!! Oh well. The news is 2 days old anyway.

Use it all the time when I am away from home.
I view the paper at other times now I am visiting my Daugter and you will not let me on .I am a daily subscriber
App is very unstable and lacking in obvious features. It's a bad combination with the ongoing decline in the newspaper's quality. And, to get an even worse experience try using it from Europe! USA Today intercepts and directs you to their European Experience and won't even let me read today's PG.
Unstable. Keeps stopping. Won't load. Always told if newspaper doesn'tarrive that I can read onlinthis doesn't work
It still only loads 4 pages before they all become blurry, and eventually just blank white screens. I'm trying to use this on my Samsung Galaxy S7.
Whether you want to zoom in on the print or tap on the article to read just the text, this app does it all. Thumbs up!
Made me create a account, ok I did no problem. The problem came after when it said to sign in and wouldn't let me just loaded and went back to sign in page. Waste of time

Been using this app for quite some time and was working fine. I was very pleased with it. But lately, this app stops running. I tried to bring up an article and all of a sudden it stopped running. This has been happening the past 3 days. Whatever you did Press Gazette PLEASE FIX IT!!! Something needs to be done for your e-subscribers NOW!!!
