Green Cab

No bike rack option. The app works decent for me, although it sometimes crashes. The reason to chose this over Uber, is the bike racks. But I don't see a way to specify that I need a bike rack during pickup. I was assured that the option is there, but maybe it's only available for apple users? This would highly improve the user experience.

Unable to use, said my email was invalid. Tried installing and creating account twice. Got same error message both times. The email address I used is most definitely valid.

Can't create an account. When I type my email address (double checking that it's spelled correctly) it says "enter a valid email address"

This app is defunct. Immediately when you run the app it tells you that this app does not work and you should use the website. I reported this to Google.

I eould love to support this company, but the app just doesn't work and has not gotten better over many months.

Warning if you try to schedule a pick up through the app, the time shown in the app doesn't correctly reflect the time you reserve! I tried to schedule for a 630am pick up and the app showed 1030am. I had to call to confirm. They had the correct time in the system just not on the android app

App says 30 mins out for taxi. 5 mins later they call saying they're here. App says 20 mins for a taxi, they show up 45 mins later. Every time I schedule in advance, they're always late or way too early and I won't pay for their wait time. I take a lot of short trips that add to twice the normal amount cuz the driver can get other people out first, who have been picked up after me, making me late for work on many occasions. I get charged Cash if I'm late for work so they then lose tip. Please tighten up times/waiting periods!!!

Useless app. Requires sign-up just to access the app, fare estimator doesn't work, upcoming trips shows a blank white square with a cancel button. Cancelled ride, removing this app and order an Uber. SMH. 😖

Decent app lets me order a cab still needs a lot of work. The map is trash, gps never is accurate, faire sometimes doesn't display. But it let's me order a cab and that's all it really needs to do for a 3 star rating

Absolute trash. App doesn't work and call directly gets you endless waiting. Finally got a cab and they f**ked up the address. No wonder you're falling short of Uber and Lift. The only advantage you have is you accept cash.

The app is terrible. I have to have an account in order to request a ride, but there is already an account under my email and there is no way to request a password reset. Not to mention the option to login with facebook is complete broken/useless. I guess I'm taking uber tonight.

Uninstalled after "update" which removed important functionality and made repeated login required. Will just call now.

The app crashes instantly when I open it. Every time, both on my Galaxy S5 and my Note 5. Fail.

When it works, it works. When it doesn't, it's the absolute worst. Ignored calls, no assigned drivers for upwards of almost an hour, and terrible customer service. I understand things happen, but where do you draw the line? In short, keep a backup cab company on speed dial. If you really need to get somewhere in a timely manner...don't use this app

I can get that when I call, but not on the app. or do I need to book first? What if I'm shopping ? I see no need for the app.

I can't register. I keep getting server communication errors and whatnot. I would use this app but when you can't get past registration, it makes it sort of useless. Update: developer fixed registration, so my review is now 4 stars

I would love to use it but it keeps telling me my email is already in use and it won't let me register via Facebook either. If I could get past the registration maybe I would have rated it better so because I can't even use it I'll give it a 1.

Got registered but when I tried to book a cab it gave me a server error. Tried the phone number from the app and it was busy. Pity as I had hopes for this app. The UI is nice but it doesn't allow you to save places.

It might be a great app... if you can register. Please fix the registration process.
