phoned to say they were unable to pick us up prior to a concert despite having a conformation on the app. Not helpful when you have tried to do the right thing. complete waste of time.
Maps won't load on my OPPO phone and takes forever to look for addresses. Love the drivers, but can't book when I can't get the app to work.
would not reccomend. app wouldn't let me log in amd when I called them they had no cab to send. even though I booked one in and they confirmed the booking. pretty poor service.
It's worked in the past but this morning the app tells me no cars available. When I call the taxi company up direct I can make the booking no problem so something is not right with the app
GPS is broken Trying to book a cab from wellington CBD and app tells me I'm outside of the service area. Back to uber I go.
Useless can't find Wellington Airport
Not functional.
Was charged twice. Once by the driver and once via the booking. The booking charged $5 more than the original booking. Taxi was also late. Telephoned before flight arrived to confirm taxi. Taxi was not there when I arrived and had to wait 15 mins which was cutting it fine for my appointment. Disappointing.
Slightly more expensive than Uber, but I assume they are also slightly less evil than Uber...
App constantly crashes. I finally make a booking only to be told Dunedin has no taxis available at 9.30pm.... Seriously?
Awesome company and a great team here in Auckland.
I was charged $99 to go a bit over 30 miles! The drive was horrible the cab outdated need shocks and the driver drove like a maniac while he talked with his new wife in South Africa through dangerous traffic. I intend to dispute the charge. doctors were very upse
What a weird app. Kept changing arrival time and drivers. Gave up after 10 min of waiting.

Drivers just accept jobs then decide your to far away then some guy rings to say we have cancelled your booking please use another taxi company
Autocomplete address no longer works, and map marker refused to drop on correct Christchurch airport spot
This certainly isn't Uber, but it does let you book in advance. Beware that the invoices disappear after a month or so, so if you're using this for work, you'll need to clear out the invoices frequently otherwise they're gone. If have loved to know about that before the invoices just disappeared...
ive used it a few times.. ive had thw app or someone cancle my last four taxi calls.. so ive stopped using it
Couldn't add credit card for payment without creating an account. Errors are too ambiguous. Creating an account needed to much information. I want to do this instead of making a phone call. It needs to be simple
I almost missed an important meeting because of this stupid app. Uninstalled.
Great app until 10 minutes after booking a taxi the job is cancelled. I had used them twice in the area earlier in the day, but later that day, they decided that they didn't want to service over the bridge. How about notification through the app at the time of booking, rather than 10 minutes later.
Clunky design, ordered cab and it never showed up. Long sign up process. Place suggestions are irrelevant for New Zealand (kept bringing up suggestions from other countries).
Pretty cool, great to see where the available cabs are and where the cab is that you ordered. GO GREEN!
The design of this app is ugly as.. Have you even read Androids design language guidelines or heard of material design?

The app wouldn't let me add a card for payment before signing in, but gave no indication of this requirement when adding the card. Also allowed me to book a taxi size that doesn't exist in Auckland so I got a call saying my booking couldn't be fulfilled a few minutes after placing it. Theoretically this would be a good app if it were a bit smoother booking taxis that actually exist
