I'm not sure what the point of this app is, you can't view their inventory or products, let alone buy anything through the app because it redirects you to their website that is usually down anyways. They say you can use referral codes but after trying with 3 different people, it still doesn't work. It's been the same for almost 2 years now.
Cannot even create an account to log in. Keeps telling me my email address is already in use, no matter what email I put. Then when I go to edit it won't allow that field to be changed, so I end up starting all over again only to experience the same issue. Total PITA.
App just flat out doesn't work. I was referred by a friend, no matter how to try to sign up with the referral number the app states that the format is incorrect but I used copy and paste 🤷🏽♂️ also by the looks of the app, it hasn't been updated in quite a while. Please fix.
Always bn my fav chain in CO. I do wish they carried 1g Vape carts, deals for non-locals as they do locals, or better, as it takes a lot of loyalty to drive from a different state just to go to 1 chain/store. And to return to said TGS, when there are soooooo many options that aren't TGS who may be closer, better Inventory/specials, qty, sizes/mgs of products. For instance, 1g cartridges! Tis easy to visit the shop round the corner, but not to drive a distance and only go in TGS's, like me.
This app is horrible, kept trying to confirm my email (to no avail!), kept sending me to the "guest site", never was able to log in or confirm my email, deleted!!!! Love your most of your stores and most of your associates, had one bad associate at the northglenn store, won't be going back!!! Your other stores are amazing! Prices are hard to beat, great product!
The app is useless. I can check in but I don't even have an option to shop anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times and nothing changed. I changed my permissions but all I see is my personal information and points I've redeemed. I can't actually *do* anything.
Really junky app, it , MAYBE, if your lucky , work once a week tops. Then just fails over and over , then closes itself out, and does this for over a year now, guess no one cares to fix it. To the point I think I'm going to just delete it, shop else where.
I use this app because it's supposed to make my visit quicker and easier. I make my order and expect to be finished with the transaction quickly. Half of the time that is true,the other half I'm waiting on someone to come to the 'box' or there a long line waiting and one employee to help while those shopping in-store have absolutely no wait. Online orders need more attention than given. It's a crock! I'm post-op and use this service in hopes I'm not standing around. Guess it's a pipe dream.
Pretty much useless app. You STILL have to go to the slow Web site to get any good info or place an order. The web site is also pretty lame, you have to wait and wait for a selection to load in order to see the percentages and other info. Good dispensaries post the numbers on the product on the main browse pages. TGS hides the numbers on subsequent pages and they load s l o w w w. Used to be my favorite dispensary, but with the difficulty trying shop them online I now go elswhere.
I'm very disappointed with this App. I did like TGS so much that I downloaded this App and referred 2 friends with my referral code which both friends used and made more than one purchase. $20 per referral. I should have $40. I've seen absolutely nothing and even tried customer service. Plus the App rarely works and I'm done with it. Thanks for using me to make money and end up screwing me.
Sucks. Several attempts to log in after creating account 3 times. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Then lost my points. Then unable to pull up locations. Then I tried calling support only to be told call back monday. :/ Disheartening.
App doesn't work; Samsung Note 4 Verizon I'd heard good things about it, but every attempt to use it results in some "inability to connect" error, despite data/signal strength.
This app is garbage. The messaging app on the website is just as useful. Huge splash says $39 half Oz, which ones? How do I add this to my order? How do I contact TGS support? The app just loads continuously. FOREVER!
Will not let you login Android, tried on 2 different phones, login on PC no problems, I also noticed the developer makes no effort to remedy these problems...FAIL!!
I positively love Green Solution but the app and mobile websites are so difficult to use that I probably would have given up on ordering online if I didn't know the workaround to make the pages load on mobile - and I can't even log in on the app. They provide All-Star service in their stores but I wish their online mobile portals were more reliable.
Great rewards program! I can keep track of everything in one spot and know exactly how much I spent and what I spent it on! Although I did have issues with the referral program so that is why I didn't rate 5 stars.
Doesn't work. The few featured products redirect to localhost in the browser which obviously goes nowhere. Doesn't even manage to list locations. Seriously why was this even released?
I am going to stop using the app and going to the stores because I have been saving my points for sometime now and today is my birthday and was going to use all my points but for some reason I got logged out of my app and it won't recover so 3 years of points gone. Screw Green Solutions!!
I don't know why the referral code is asked for, when I enter the code from friend, wrong format is the error I'm given. I've copied and pasted, typed in with and without a dash, all to no avail. Customer service standards would call this false advertising or stealing.
Decided to get the app because my friend said we would both get a credit for using her code. I tried copy and pasting. I tried directly typing. The app always just says the code IT PROVIDED is in the wrong format, rendering it useless.
I always have a wonderful experience here! Everyone is so knowledgeable and professional. I've been coming here for about 3 years and we love it! Special shout out to Daniel, Trey and Alyssandra who make our experience awesome! Thank you so much! Also thank you to the whole crew you rock too!
On Havana and Colfax Susan the bud tender was awesome thanks. The prices are too expensive even with the deals. Quality of the buds are below average. I do like the atmosphere. The store has potential. Prices prices prices please make them more reasonable!
I can login just fine on the website but it sits at a loading page forever when I try to log in on the app. Kinda disappointed but at least you don't HAVE to use the app
Trying to set up an account. Says to eneter a valid username. wont take anything l put in and wont tell me what l need for a valid username. Really helpful. Thanks a lot!
App crashed immediately after I downloaded it. The website is not any better. If they want an online presence, they should fix their online platforms. Wish I could TAKE AWAY STARS.
The app allows you to browse products and view your account to check points, but placing an order and having to sign in rarely, if ever, works.
This app has never worked. You can't order anything on it, all it shows are a few ads.
When you refer a friend to the app, the sent code for them to put in states that it is not kn the right format. Is there a solution
This app does not work. It slow as hell and does not load to your web site. How are customers suppose to get the discounts or order when your app doesnt work.
I deleted this app and stopped shopping at this dispensary quite some time ago, I hoped maybe there had been improvement's to the app. I can't even log in it just loads and loads...pretty sad...tried it again 6 months later and it still has the same issue. This store has really let itself go
