Easy to use app with helpful features. Report outages, pay bills, estimated monthly cost, and you can compare previous months. I love having access to my data to see how much power I'm using. Paying a bill or looking at a statement is super easy.
This app has always worked for me, no bugs or glitches and it always has the information that I am looking for right at my fingertips. It's also a great tool for when you lose power. Especially if you live in an area where the power goes out frequently.
I like that you can check your balance very easily and your past history. And not have to deal with waiting on the mail. It's definitely a good app to have.
Just installed and doesn't open. Wanted to try and update my payment information as i I get an error on any browser on my PC. Guess it's spend too much time on a support line.😐 I notice others have complqined on 10/6 saying they also get This green screen freeze. And then another 2 days later. Developer claimed on both cases it was the first time they'd heard of it. Please just fix the issue.

I really want to like this app, but it struggles to load basic information such as the usage and billing. I simply cannot load a bill in this app. It's quite frustrating. UI is great, easy to use. Outages are a breeze to report. Just a few bugs to clear up.
Use a different provider if you can!!! The app doesn't automatically register if you made a payment or if there is a payment pending. Then customer service says they can't refund you, only give you a credit. Some of us live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford that. YALL NEED TO FIX YOUR APP.

Finally, a user friendly utilities app that completely functions as designed and could even be navigated and clearly understood being used by my technologically challenged Grand parents with almost no guidance after installing, very efficient, trustworthy, accurate and reliable, any chance your technical team could offer seminars to get others attempting to provide the same service up to speed 🤣 Great job guys
Quick, easy and user friendly!
App is extremely glitchy. 9 times out of 10, it will not open. All I get is a green screen. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, and it does not help.
Why is this App still available to download if it clearly does not work. I am a developer and to release a product and not keep it up-to-date for iOS and Android OS latest versions is lazy. It shows slow quality on customer service since this has been an issue for a while. Disappointed in the development team.
The layout and design of the app is beautiful and intuitive, but EVERY TIME I try to pay my bill, it gets stuck "loading", and then I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app. PLEASE FIX THIS. IT'S SO FRUSTRATING.

Paying bills, reporting outages, seeing where outages occur and when power will be restored are easy to access. It's a terrific app.
I would have given it a 5 before. Been using this app for a long time. Never had an issue until very recent. Have not been able to get it to load. Unable to use at all. Not able to pay my bill or see my bill. I use the paperless option for billing so a big problem. Also tried paying on website with no success either. Website doesn't take my account number. Cuts off last digit. So not able to pay there either. Frustrating.
