"Something went wrong please try again". It happened to me to, I can't get in. Devs wrote to someone complaining, to send them an email. They should know by now what's causing the problem we don't need to send them any email.
Been waiting for this for so long! Awesome app. As a provider, Green Mt isn't the cheapest but I have never had any issue at all with them and they're far from the most expensive. The All Nighter Plan is good in Texas. Suggestion: please make it easier to sign in/stay signed in. Remember username at the least.
Horrible app. You can't make a payment on it, which is the reason I downloaded it in the first place. Total trash. I can't save a payment method to go to the next screen to pay the damn bill. Very frustrating after working 12 hours. The app sucks.
Great new app, easy to use & navigate. BUT, They NEED to add a, "save user name or remember me" option on the login page. I'd rate it 5 star with that change. Green Mountain is awesome, I dealt with Patrick in their solar department for my solar panel system, I LOVE IT.
Very easy to use to pay your bill.
Has never (not has their web site), in the past multiple years of usage, displayed the current contract/plan information, like EFL, actual price per kWh instead of the dumb "estimate at 2000 kWh usage", and won't let you save a PDF of a bill. Instead, it only (badly, with illegible fonts) renders it in the app.
At first I thought it was going to be a good app but now I dont think so because it won't let me sign in, keeps saying " something went wrong try again". Was working fine 2 days ago but now it won't let me in. It's an automatic sign in. All I have to do is push the square where it says username/acct # and it puts in my username and password for me. Needs to be fixed..
Green Mountain is very patient and they have programs so you can pay that bill.
This app is very glitchy. I constantly have trouble logging in wether I use my password/ finger print. I couldn't even update my profile phone number and have tried reinstalling the app several times.

Can't seem to log in and pay my bill. I tried logging in through the app, then through the website directly but no luck. The app worked fine when I first installed it. Please fix. Thank you
Worst site EVER!! I hate the app and the site! It NEVER let's me log in, it's always telling me that my JUST reset password and user name are incorrect. Then it tells me my zip code isn't correct when I know that it is. I hate this site and app so much! Worst company EVER!
Used to be really good only like 4 times from there it stops it says I don't know my username or password ive called to reset it just in case I was putting it wrong but no nothing !!!! Really bad app know
Poorly developed, no saved credentials, errors when trying to submit an error. I expected more from Green mountain energy.
In the year 2019, I dont understand how the login can't be saved. edit: i appreciate the response. hopefully login saving can be added aoon.
I love my lower bills, the fact natural resources are being used and the communications easily accessed from the blog section.
Easy to use with all your most relevant information on screen or accessible with one click. Appreciate that.
Sooo much easier than logging in to the website and trying to navigate my way through to find info. Definitely made bill pay way easier!

It gives me my weekly usage. Plus I'm always on time with my bill.
Says my theres no profile with my name etc but i can log onto your website. Needs fixing right away. App wont recognize my account

Updated Review. The app is quite excellent and they've added fingerprint login as well as direct online chat. I don't even know if it is possible but, I do wish I had the ability to see what my solar panels were credited as well as what I used in grid electricity on a daily basis... but this is a wish list item and otherwise this app functions smoothly and satisfactorily.
