You know it's probably not a good app when the teller at the bank tells you so before you've ever used it. Writing "for mobile deposit at Greene mobile" is a bit much. The app detected that the check I was depositing said $0. That doesn't even make sense. Then there was another step that I had to check the date of the check and then it started the whole process over. There are way too many steps for a simple mobile deposit. App needs work still but at least I didn't have to go to the bank!
The Bank of Greene County provides an excellent platform for paying bills and depositing checks online. Never encountered a problem, no more stamps!
Don't know what's going on it keeps shutting down when I try to log in theres no way for me to update it,i had to uninstall and reinstall the last time it happened and had to redo all my account and login info. I used to love the app but if I can't check on my account when I need to it's very annoying. Please fix this
The bank is great, the app is terrible. Check deposits take forever. Same problem on Android or iPhone . Checks get rejected, check scans time out. Always a problem. The other banks I use have an app the looks the same and takes only seconds to deposit checks. I've complained to the bank a few times, no one seems to care.
Customer service, weather in the bank or office, is exceptional. Above and beyond. They go out of their way making sure you're needs are met, you comprehend everything. It's a pleasure doing business with your bank. Being disabled, have problems walking, nothing to do with banking they still take care of their customers. Something I appreciate very much. Their attitude, the customer comes first in any way. Thanks
Typical banking app. Does it's job and does it well. Very easy to use makes transferring money from one account to another extremely simple. I'd absolutly recommend the app to a friend.
After an initial sign up glitch, which was corrected, the app does what I need it to do.
Check scan is way too hard. Had to do it 5 times.
Happy with the service and love the app ery easy and safe.

At first it was a little kinky. It has improved so much. Very user friendly.
Meh. Every single time it shows me a perfect image of the check for deposit and asks me if I want to keep it. I don't look anymore, I just say "keep it". Better than having to go to the bank but not as good as other banking apps.
Extremely difficult to just do a mobile deposite of a stupid check. Why even have the option

I'm very grateful that I went to the bank of green. They have been very helpful pleasant. Better than the bank that I was at they have more to offer here than the other bank. I just like the idea that you don't get penalized because you don't have to have a certain amount of money in your accounts and everything.
use this app all the time. the quick balance option is the bees knees. can do virtually anything in minutes right from my phone. Bravo!
Absolutely love being able to see my account information and transactions. Much easier!!
Its ok. Mobile deposits are a little fussy. Pictures are perfectly clear, but I had to run it 3 times for it to be accepted.
Good banking app. Transactions are updated in real time and I can deposit checks without having to go into the bank which is a real timer saver.

Just wish you could see bills that are paid but pending in your account summary (like you do when you use your ATM for purchases) other than that love it

Once I changed my email and password I couldn't get back in the app. Had to uninstall then install again.
Great app! Does exactly what it's supposed too... Transfers works fantastically! BGC just an all around good bank.
App is very slow 80% of the time
I've been using this app for several months now. Being newly disabled, being able to deposit checks & pay bills from my phone is huge! Other banking apps have similar features, but Greene's just seems to work smoother for me. I've yet to use all it's features and I'm not sure of it's International Banking capabilities, but I don't doubt it has em! 4.00 Interest on $1,000 is No-brainer. I choose them over the credit unions in the area! It hasn't been long, but so far so good. 👍Bank! 👍 App!
