Never logs in or actually allows for biometric sign in. Keeps saying wrong email or password. Change password, login and says account created for email and then to lookup employee info, which then gives me the exact same email I just used to login and says the email already exists and tells me to change my password. Repeat cycle. Cleared cache. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Nothing. Worthless app and on web as well. Same ol sheiza constantly. Worthless company.

Frequently have problems with password resets. The interface is difficult to navigate and not intuitive. Everything else seems to work okay if you can log in.

Useful when it works. Saving a pay statement and then going back to the app makes the app display nothing. There should also be a way to view direct deposit information as well, but as I understand it, this is used by multiple different companies and it could just be that it isn't an option offered by my employer.

Now where to find out where it saves the paystubs so I can't send it to my county!!!! I'm now loosing my disability benefits that I need!!! It's all because of this application!!! If I could rate it out of five stars I would have to give it a negative 10 stars just to improve things!!!! You are fortunate that I have to rate it at least one star... Now even calling my company's IT department I CAN'T GET IN TO SEE MY PAYSTUBS!!!!

It's ok. Could be much better. I use it only to clock in and out and that's it. You can sign in and clock in but have to log out then log back in to clock out. Finger sensor login doesn't even work. App doesn't remember my login information so you have to put it in every time, even though its phone

Difficult to understand, not easy to use. Do better with breakdowns. Use pie graphs, color code things, my year-to-date wages are way off, and I don't understand how you get those numbers. One month is high, and next is dirt low. Do better.

I love the convenience of the app but I wish it was equipped to do everything that the website can do. There are a lot of missing features and I find myself going to the website before the app unless I am in a rush. Other than that, I have not encountered any bugs or random crashes.

Having the same problem as a lot of other people here aare having since at least 9/1/20 . every time I go to log in it says email password invalid. I have to reset password every week then If I try to use app again after, it does same thing. From what I've seen there have been no replies from the developer so kind of looking like they don't care. Or they are very slow In fixing their product.

Very Glitchy. Have to reset password 4 or 5 times a year. Each time you reset it you have to use a different password. Thumb print identifier works half the time. So problematic. There's much better versions of this service. Makes me miss paper check stubs.

The app is a PITA and the fingerprint login never works. Additionally, the app routinely "expires" my password and expects me to create a new one just to find out how much my check is. How about leaving it alone so I don't have to keep remembering new passwords all the time?

It's great being able to see my pay stub and my tax information early when it becomes available and ready. It is convenient to have access to my pay stubs since the first day of. What I did not like was the trouble I had trying to set up my account andand when I want to see any other information besides my pay stub or tax information I have to click the link and one of my emails for Green employee.

Not enough info for payment statements, doesn't say total hours for said check or current pay rate. Only tells me my pay the day of payment. Would be a lot better if there was a better heads up on check payments. Some people actually live check to check and need to plan ahead!

My main issue with this app is it constantly logs out even when I tell it to remember me, and I have never once had it ask to scan my fingerprint. If it was easier to stay logged in and if it didn't have weird issues where you need to relog to view things, it would be 5 stars

App is pitful. I have to login each time. I have to reset my pass word everytime. It don't remember by device. Finger login don't work. It's a headache. Please update the app or something.⁶

This the worst working app on my phone. I can never log in and when it does it sends a two factor code that is invalid. It is always a runaround. I uninstalled it last time fighting it for me

Horrible design. I don't login to it much, and almost every time I do I have to reset my password, and that's a hassle usually. This time it keeps getting errors. Now it's failing to load check stubs the one time I'm needing them.

This app as of 3 to 4 years ago started off being somewhat problematic and clunky as time went on it usually got a little better and easier to use but it can have its mishaps. It may work better nowadays I haven't used it in quite a while

The app is useless it does not give an employee many options at all. We all love simplicity, however, many options that are available on a computer are not available on the mobile app. Many do not have access to computers.

Just got new phone to replace one that was lost. Attempted to log back into my Greenshades account with correct username and password, next page requested me to input verification code that I guess was supposed to have been sent to my email address but never got sent. Guess I'll be contacting payroll on Monday to get this situation worked out.

The time clock feature is not user friendly. When I need to clock out I get error message and have to log out then back in just to clock out. Very frustrating.

No issues with paystubs. Wish I could access tax forms but I think that's on my HR team side and not the app. Idk. Maybe it is the app. Other than that. Super swift. Super easy. People without this app should be...GREEN with envy!

Profile pic won't upload, Password won't save, no biometrics and ect... but as far as seeing pay stubs and breaking down your check it's great.

Garbage. Had to contact my employer for help several times. I suggest if ur company uses this app that they set up an account and just give u the log in info. Even then it'll take 2 hours to log into. Complete nonsense.

Junk. Cant even use this app. Constantly says wrong username or password. Even though its not wrong. The majority of the reviews are the same complaint but apparently they're not gonna fix it. Completely USELESS.

i am having trouble using this app right now and so are other fellow employees and managers. it wont let me create a new account because it sais the email i put in is already in use. also when i first created my account it sent a verification code to my email address but to the wrong one so i wasnt able to finish setting up this app.

I'm forever having to set my user account back up because the app seems to forget my login info and doesn't even keep current. It often only has just a few stubs listed that are over a year old. It's junk and should be taken off the store.You should also notice the developer hasn't chimed.I'm also not thrilled that my company went to a 3rd party for payroll reporting. Have my lawer on speed dial for when this situation goes south and my data gets leaked.. would give no stars if it was an option

Yay they got it working after 2 and 1/2 Weeks. So much wasted time. At least it's working for now yay. Thank you. "Old news." it's used to have a 5-star rating but since It quit working for me, it only shows me my w2 forms. I need my paystub information. would be awesome if they don't let this one mess up like Intuit.

I've installed it uninstalled it reinstalled it and I can never ever ever get in I have been working with the company before about a year now and not once have been able to see my picture my district manager resets the password on a daily basis okay that's a lie not a daily basis however it's a loss and still I cannot get in so something to do with the interface that you folks could perhaps change will change the amount of stars that I get please I just wanted to work thank you so much
