What's the point making it in mobile app version if we cannot do anything despite viewing candidate's profile? People have mobile app version expecting it could help make anything easier, faster and more effective. Thus they expect the app could be accessed anytime anywhere. It's useless!

Terrible UI. Opening Greenhouse in your browser work significantly better. Cannot view jobs, it's a very truncated candidate profile. Just overall difficult to use and not worth the time. Just open it in chrome on desktop.

Lacks basic features, no filters, no option to manage the documents, and no integration with other products.

App lacks the text formatting for candidate scorecards, and will remove all formatting previously applied in the PC browser. Not recommended for detailed reviews.

Good for reviewing resumes that's it Cannot contact candidates from the app. Cannot move candidates to another position from the app. Cannot move a candidate to another status other than hold from app review. Pretty poor ATS app.

Hi. Good day to all.. I am having trouble signing in using email and google. I cant see the sign up platform. Can u please tell me how to create an account step by step as i am not familiar with the app. Pls. Do help.. Thank you

Pretty much useless for anything other than read only and even it that its only basic info you can see. Can't take any actions even as simple as advancing a candidate. So yeah... useless

I use the Greenhouse app daily to review candidates, prepare for interviews, and promptly provide interview feedback. It functions great, and is essential to my daily activities.

Absolute Dogwater of a system... sorry if you have to deal with these people they just send you the same trash email helping virtually no way and it's like they don't even read your response. Official the worst system I have dealt with for any job. My suggestion would be find a company that doesn't use this system or go around them if you can because they are horrible help🤣🤣🤣 my 85 year old grandpa does better service than this not to much he has dementia...

Everything is read only, which makes the app pointless. No useful mobile web interface either. Disappointed.

Can view resumes, not much other info, and can't actually do anything in the app. Could've at least let me make notes....

When I login I can't access any of the candidate profiles for the past 2 weeks. Resorted to using it on desktop.

Can't reject candidates, can't view resumes without first downloading them, extremely limited functionality.

Unusable. The app doesn't support any of the basic functionaliies that one expects.

Shockingly useless. Tried to review new applicants as the hiring manager. Shows none to review (unlike the web app). Can literally take no actions in this app.

App randomly shows blank screens. It also randomly logs you out.

You can see resumes and thats about it. Needs a major overhaul.

You can't click or copy links in applications or resumes.

I need this app to do so much more in order for it to be useful at a baseline level.

This is an excellent way to screen applications. Declined applicants have always received an email however since going live and using the app to sift, the positive responses received from declined candidates have been immense. It definitely is conducive to delivering a positive candidate experience.
