Clunky app that requires a very personalized ID without any guarantee of sensitive data security. This is outside of the industry standard. GreenLeaf despite having a great product can't seem to update to the level of competition.
Ive had it on several devices for about a year now. Its been a little clunky lately. I get booted out and must re-login. But if I'm on fly I use the out of state ID 1234 quick. Anybody having issues logging in use ID 1234. Cant track your loyalty points... But it shows you the menu and special sales.
app keeps kicking you out when you put in your mm P numbers app doesn't seem to be working at all now it once worked for me I uninstalled it and just recently installed it again to find that it's loaded with a lot of problems all of a sudden web page directs you to app which is broken o well least summits compassion center page working right.....
Good start to the app, it would be nice if I could see my purchases, maybe allow people to make a log of flavors they like. Link to leafly so patients can comment an rate different strains. Just throwing out ideas
Doesn't accept out-of-state patient ID numbers, this app needs a lot of work for a lot of different reasons. And the quality of the counter help has gone down. And you are getting a little pricey. You need to step up your game.
This app has serious issues. Will log you out at random and not let you back in. Hasn't worked in two weeks now

Poor app. Absolutely uninformed kids behind the counter. Seed filled buds grown by GL which needs some actual experienced growers as their products are subpar. Vape cartridges are 3 to 4 times the price available elsewhere & most have THC %'s in the low 60's which is fine if not so overpriced. Very disappointed in the labeling of the other(better) growers they purchase from. My biggest issue is the kids behind the counter. Most have very little knowledge, are hung up on bud names, & who are unwilling to just be honest & say, "I'm sorry, I don't know the answer". Instead they hand out terrible advice to people who have zero knowledge nor experience so have no choice but to listen to these kids who it appears have been hired based on how the look & dress. May sound harsh but Greenleaf is lucky for the lack of competition they've enjoyed which thankfully is quickly coming to an end. Hopefully the newly opened Mass recreational stores will force them to improve.

I have a California license. Can't log in with my ID number or my CA license #. I'm a steady customer lmk if u solve this.
Good when it works
I dont know if it was because I have an out if state card but, I was getting the 'welcome to our service' notifications several times a day, add sometimes several times an hour. It would have been nice to see my info rather than a generic account's information. I ended up uninstalling the app. It also wasnt always accurate on inventory, which is a pain when you are driving 40 minutes to get there.
