This is an amazing Greenpal app allowing me to not only send invoices but also keep great contact with our clients via push notifications and messaging. The project estimation part of the app is pretty great when doing mulch or other landscaping jobs. While the app is great the crew running it is equally amazing I love the fact that I'm able to talk to someone if I have a problem or can't figure something out on my own rather than just get a generic email back.
Bad experiences with the services from this app. First mowing company came out and mowed, then decided they don't service this area anymore. Second company keeps cancelling services, stating they don't service my area. Can't get more quotes because I've used up my 2 quotes for this 6/7 months. If it I try to delete my account, it says I will never be able to schedule services at this address ever again. Very disappointed with services provided.
Well its the classic "bait and switch" catfish routine. Got several bids within a few hours and the first guy we hired didn't show three diffrent times so i fired him. The second bid and all of the bids i received were under $60 and so the second bidder quoted $36 and he showed up and when he showed he was arguing with someone on the phone and he then proceeded to tell me that he couldnt do my yard for under $500 after quoting me $36 on the app. If it was like a $10 difference no problem hell no
This app is the worst app I have Ever used. No support or help. The contracter apparently worked on the wrong house and charged me. No way to get any help from the developer. This app is GARBAGE! DONT EVEN BOTHER!!!
App is showing a price quote double of what I agreed to. Logged into their website and it shows the regular price, that is also in my email confirmation. Why does the app say my rate will be so high? And is it going to let them charge it?
My experience was fantastic, friendly lawncuter. For 1st time cut which was higher then my gear can cut. Looks fantastic!! Will keep as customer atm.. Just wish there was an option for once a mth vs biweekly n weekly.. My grass dosnt grow that fast
This app is terrible, poorly designed. I get errors constantly. I can only get a new crew ONCE per year! This is completely unacceptable. I will be looking for alternatives.
Love it so far. I wish there was a spot to upload my lawn map to my profile. And custom zones for specific applications on different parts of the lawn. Also, I live in the transition zone and a part of my lawn is cool season and the other is a warm-season grass. As of this review, there is no way to dis.

Great app! I had bought a new house earlier in the yr 2021 and it was so hard to find someone to cut my grass until I discovered this app. I chose a person to come cut my grass and he showed up the day I had scheduled! I had called many lawn services company but they would never come. Highly recommend this app its easy to scheduled and pay!
This app is full of nothing but scammers who are banking on you not contesting the charges. Don't waste your time.
They only let you get quotes twice, then you get locked out. My first guy stopped showing up after the first visit. The second one tried to jack the price up by $8 a week after hiring (not a one time surcharge, they wanted to increase the base rate they quoted me). So now I can't look for more options because I've used up my two quotes. Oh, and this app does not offer customer support. At all. No email, no phone number, no social media, nothing. I thought that was required by Google Play.
Very nice Very well put together app. My only complaints are that it doesn't sync with Google Calendar and it's not color-coded to let you know in advance when a customer has to pay. Also, I'd like a feature where you can click a button and it consistently updates mowing schedules so that I don't have to input manually each time it runs out.
Love this app.they are on time unless it rains and reasonable prices. I will recommend this to all of my peeps.
App doesn't recognize my email address. So now I have to do business off the app on an internet search. It's really weird and confusing. App is junk.
Cannot place a request for bids, the app keeps opening up to my request for snow services from months ago. Won't refresh to home app screen. Terrible!

App payment for services good but it adds appointment that I did not schedual and there is no way to stop it when done
Did not deliver on a single thing they claimed. They say register today and have your grass cut tomorrow. That was a lie. They said get quotes in as soon as 45 minutes by email as soon as 15 minutes by text. That was a lie. Didn't get our first quote for 15 hours. Get a quote for between 35 and 45 dollars. Lie. When we finally got quotes they were for 77 to 80 dollars for an incredibly small front yard. Pay for it once then see if you're happy. Lie. No one would come out for just the first mow.
My guy has changed the date and now not getting my first cut this week.. I hope this changes because if not im going to look elsewhere.. I really thought this would be a great app, but kinda looking like thw other app lawnstarters.. I really want a great app and person
Great app. I love the quotes option. Look... I had to uninstall because I wasnt able to use it due to a sort of glitch. Here is the problem. You only have a few opportunities to change lawn care professionals. My last one just stopped coming but I already changed from another lawn guy to him. Then he never cancelled the rest of the mows which might have allowed me to choose another person. The website doesn't give you a manual override when these type of situations happen. So I uninstalled it.
My app is updated with the latest version but every time I open it, it tells me that it needs to be updated and my version won't work. No way to get around the splash screen and Google Play Store says my app is up-to-date. The app is literally unusable at the moment. UPDATE: Now the app has you login and just continuously loads until it times out. Still unusable. 2ND UPDATE: App now works correctly.
GreenPal is very professional, courteous, and a great worker. Will definately be using them again in the future!
The app wont go past the login screen. After I put in my email and click log in nothing happens.
Excellent app. I am a new business owner and have been using GreenPal for a little over a year. I use many features but the invoice application is by far the best compared to many others. The invoices allow great detail and look very professional. I actually use square for business credit card payments and if somehow my clients were able to make payments from my invoices to my square account, I would need no other applications.
App was great and easy to use however since last update I can't even open the app it gives error and now only way I can see anything is by the website and now app is useless
