The app hangs up a lot and I must keep exiting and reopening it to be able to read the paper. Also, if you tap anywhere in the wrong place, you also need to start over with the app.
Worst app ever, I have to go to settings and clean cache and delete data to be able to view sports or comics. I thought it was my old tablet so I bought new Fire HD 10 and still have the same problem. The app is as bad as the newspaper.
I have found that the app is like having the print edition delivered. It is easy to use provides the same function as the print edition.
very unreliable. I pay monthly for access to the online version of the paper but can read it only about 50% of the time Due to this lousy app.
Terrible app. Totally different app today (3-26-2020). Can't print games as before. A constant headache. Not worth $9.00 a month.
This App hasn't worked in weeks. Says there is a database error. Please fix.
Convenient way to read the news. Easy to use but can be a bit erratic.

Easier to use than when it first came out.
App seems to work now to a degree. After last update, images are crisp, but text is unreadable.
This app won't run. Their support is also useless. Almost as bad as the paper itself.
The interface could be better, but it's ok.
Like those before, app is unstable when able to access, now app will not open on my droid device. Says web address incorrect. Fix please..
You made a change to the page forward/back buttons. They now disappear. If you zoom into a page, the buttons no longer work. Going out of app and back in is the only way to restore. Please either restore old buttons or fix. Have a Samsung tablet, android.
