It was relatively easy to order a bus ticket online. The part that was confusing to me was on the trip home it gave you different options for cities to arrive in. I left Mt. Vernon IL and they was going to make me arrive in St. Louis to far out of my way. What I didn't like on a round trip they only show price one way until you go to book it and the total amount doubled in price. So I decided to purchase two one way tickets instead of the round trip. We will see how the two day ride goes next

Did someone have a brain fart? We used to be able to see how much a ticket would cost before booking so those of us on a tight budget could plan accordingly but apparently not anymore. It would seem when you revamp or update an app or website it's supposed to be better. In this case it went to hell in a hand basket on fire.

I'm now 74, still enjoying the best way to travel, I'm 72 & I don't fly. Their drivers are very safe drivers and very well trained in their customer service skills, including their agents. Website easy to use, I used E-ticket, was scared it would disappear off my cellphone, but it was there when I needed it.

It's a standard app. While the app showed updated times for my delayed bus, the right side of the screen was cut off on my Pixel 6 phone. This made it impossible to SEE the updated times.

First review 10/1/2021, update review 4/11/2022, I'm guessing whomever is supposed to being managing this app, is deceased, just saying. I'm still unable to pay for ticket in app. The error message still pop up saying my card info is incorrect, which is wrong. I always have to go to the browser version to complete my purchase. So exactly what is the purpose of this app if I can't purchase a ticket🤔🤨

My one and only customer service experience, over the phone, horrible. Typical 3rd party service center. Poor training, poor communication skills. I will use the app for the rare random ticket but will not become a member or regular user.

In February, I traveled from KCMO to Minneapolis. Between Des Moines to Minneapolis they lost my luggage and I have not heard from them. I guess since they are the only bud company when they make mistakes, we just have to live with it BUMMER. However the app is cool

GREYHOUND SALE / Major Problems Occurring I have not been able to login to Greyhound website or App since last year. When the link is sent to reset my password it doesn't work. Also, I paid a $23 fee to use one of my free tickets when the charge should have been the $2.50 fee it's always been. If the APP and website worked, I would NOT have to pay a processing fee. This is illegal. I am going to pursue this matter further because I cannot operate a business dealing with this trickery.

The last time I traveled by Greyhound there was a severe freeze in the weather and many routes had been canceled when I arrived to the station. The agent was working hard to reroute everyone using routes through the South. I felt confident and indeed, my arrival at my intended destination was not much later than my original plan. I was very satisfied.

poor customer service rude drivers no help for damaged luggage or lost items 800 number refers everything to online which is slow to process and buses are always late or breaking down with no reembursement I recommend other bus lines like mega bus ,bolt, or others greyhound is not a pleasant experience only good is charging ports wifi on buses but still feel crowded and some buses air hasn't been working in this heat and humidity

4-5 stars for end result transportation service delivery. Otherwise, as far as the app, continuing login entry problems into 2022 after previously having been asked manditorily and involuntarily to update the current version of the app. Impossible to access ticket. They do have quite some occasional screwovers. From missing bags to broken down engines to my favorite: bus misrouting (and the fact I had to use amtrak that really early morning knowing I have work, just like they do). However the staff try to do their best with everything and they make sure you know your way home when needed (minus the lousy workers that can cause catastrophe). 3 stars is default and is not their fault. But costly amtrak crossover = cherry on top and I don't like cherries.

Except for occasional bugs, it's a decent app. As of lately, it's been crashing when I first open it up, but it's fine afterwards. One idea that may be found helpful by other users- an option for viewing potential routes drawn out on a map, so they'd see where the routes would take them geographically, as opposed to the current option of only reading the info in the ticket details. I plan to "go Greyhound" myself soon, so it'd be awesome to perhaps use a "route map"(?) to choose which way to go.

App is fine but could be better. I like how I can quickly book trips and skip going to counter. It remembers what I did previously which is nice. Negatives for me would be bus tracker does not work when looking at individual ticket but when you go to main bus tracker part of app you can put in your bus number. The other bigger negative is when looking at your trips there doesn't seem to be any order into the way they are displayed. I have to look through a random list to find my ticket.

The app is fine. Greyhound does not always deliver as promised however. Some stations are frightening and quite run down and dirty. Very often amenities like power outlets and wifi on buses is not functional or not present at all. Lastly, I have very rarely gotten anywhere in the time stated. Not late by minutes but generally hours and hours depending on the trip. They either don't have a driver or a bus ready. I have seen people left at stations because of literal last second transfer changes.
