I love the app but I don't like paying for it on Google Music app we didn't have to pay for only one time and all my movies didn't transfer from that to YouTube only my music did and I paid for some good movies and I want my money back

Love this FCU.

Can't even log in. Every time I verify my account with the security question it says "invalid" even though I KNOW it's the correct answer. I had this issue when the first version of app first came out years ago and it did the same thing, I had to go to the bank in person and get everything reset then it worked for a while after. However with the newer versions it's doing the same thing all over again. It's pretty irritating.

I am bad at managing my money. So balancing a checkbook? Hahahahaha Yeah... But with this app I can just use my debit card and constantly check my balance. By now I know what comes out a few days later (gas for the car), but usually everything comes straight out. Easy to pay bills, transfer money, and secure. I don't have paper checks so I don't know if that option works.

Still kicks me out when I tap on the app and have to force close then it opens after I tap again. Every single time... Just one minor bug, other than that its great!

Ever since the most recent update, I frequently get invalid credentials when I try to login. It used to be a great application. Now it is mediocre at best. Last night it worked for about 10 minutes, and then went right back to invalid credentials. I don't know what's going on at Greylock, but postings to my account are taking days instead of 24 hours like they used to I have had numerous overdrafts because of this, and I'm considering taking my business elsewhere.

This app has screwed up my account. It does NOT show correct timely balances! DO NOT depend on any transactions on this app. Even the banker said its not meant to depend on!! ONLY good to double check things!! I am Soooo upset!! I transfered $60 to cover my insurance. App said it was paid and now my account was hit with 2 overdraft fees when it was a 10 minute difference. Really at the point of leaving this bank!! I can't do this never know when or what is happening. Your app is BOGUS & bank is aware!!

App just says can't establish connectivity during handshake and won't load. Just kicks me right off.

Ever since the latest update I frequently get "sorry, network not available"

Well the new update is useless!! And I just love how any idiot can type you member number in and the wrong password to lock you out of you account!!! Ever hear of a username????? They tell me that you can make a username bit your member number still works also. So......that's solves nothing at all. Way to go, you win the trophy for the software programming.

Because I have business acct I can't log in to my personal acct either!

Just like almost every other review this is one of the worst banking apps ever an I would like to see something done about it

Sorry for the 1 star but, its not working

For some reason this app likes to freeze or say "invalid credentials" when having my member # saved for "ease", ive also had to change my password do to this because it has kept me out of my account as if i didn't know my own info, or even just sit there & load for a day & a 1/2 b4 it actually asks for your member #. Also it now takes days to update my account info which without this feature it nearly defeats the purpose of an app, & because of this delay I have had $ probs & my balance has been going -neg

When I go to the teller and they say do I need a receipt, nope. I just check the app and see my balance.

Work good. Cash checks in usually two business day and it make it easy to tranfer money from checking to saving too

This bank's sign in process is always cumbersome and it's app will not let you down.

I use this app often and now it keeps saying my login is wrong and I know its right.. Fix it NOW !!!

I don't like the look with the most recent update, but other additions are welcomed.

Nothing but error message when trying to log in

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. After the last update it usually doesn't.

It's set up is user friendly and I really like it, when it works. Which frankly isn't very often. I can open it and put my numbers in, it's says retrieving data but doesn't move past that. If they could fix this, I'd love it, but for now it's nothing but frustrating.

It frequently stays on retrieving data and or it says incorrect pin and it is not.

Useless app. Often failed to authenticate and the mobile capture is worthless. Used it 3 full working days ago (6 days total) and it still has not posted to my account. Thats far more than the normal 24 hours time frame for funds availability . Customer service says the actual disclosure is 48 hours after receipt of deposit (so 3-4 working days be warned) apparently some elf at the data center has to transfer the deposit from one system to another manually! Stick with trips to your local branch or ATM.

App is new to me but so far it won't accept my PIN. Have tried several times.

Crashes as soon as I open the app on my galaxy note edge... worked great on my note 3

Living miles away from the nearest branch or even when traveling...this app makes my banking needs so much easier

Can't even scroll down for a months worth of checking/debit data. Quite annoying. Rest seems okay.

I don't have an issue unless you try to use it with a newer phone. The app immediately lags and renders it near-impossible to use.
