Completely buggy. I always get a failure notice when paying my bill and usually have to wait a day to see if it actually took payment or not. Also won't let me change payment methods so it has a card on file that hasn't been good for two years.
Can't even log in to this app. Won't let you highlight the ID or password box. I've Uninstalled it twice and the same thing. Absolutely nothing. It will let me check the box's if I want it to remember.
Whats going on with this app? Been using it for years, these last few days it will not connect to server... can't pay the bill if your app won't connect to your server.. now if my power is turned off I bet there will be a reconnect fee!!
App has been working great until the last 3 days and it says can't connect to server, please fix this issue. Also please do away with the convience fee to pay by debit/credit card, it should be cost of doing business, I don't get charged that at QT or Racetrac
Like everyone else I had used this app for years I thought it was my phone because my app disappeared from my phone I had try to pay my bill several times and still not working. I agreed we shouldn't have to be charge to pay our bill via app for what? Please explain.
Awful..everytime I use the app, I get an error message when I try to pay the bill...horrible user interface..
The app is way too slow. Paying can be glitchy. You can't change payment info. It's 2022 how you have a non functioning app is beyond me.
Greystone get it together! We should be able to pay our Bills without paying a fee. Dealing with you is such a big inconvenience in all aspects!!! I wish you had competition, I would definitely switch my service!

My account is now in the negative, app will not connect to server. I have a paperless option and dont have my account info to pay online. Fix this issue
Been using this app for almost 3 years now. Normally don't have issues with it. But it keeps me up to date on my bill
When I'm adding money to my account it always give me a failure to add money message and I have to resubmit it
Since the maintenance last Saturday the app doesn't work. Just says connection failure.

So were in the middle of a pandemic and you want to charge a 3.50 convenience fee just to pay my bill, but waive the fee if I use one of your kiosks that gets touched by hundreds,maybe thousands of people. I have to pay you 42.00 a year just to pay you in order to reduce my chances of spreading or catching a virus that is crippling the nation. Wow, what a joke your company is. I was with another co-op right beside you and had no convenience fee. Amazing how greedy companies are.
Like many have said, the app isn't working and neither is the website. How are we to pay our bill?! Please fix.

(Update) App is back up and running properly, thankfully.
Thank you for the app. However when can we see a more user friendly version? The app seems buggy at times, but for the most part the app does not look like much thought was put into appearance and user friendliness. When can we see improvements on this topic?
