We are currently in a tropical storm with wind gusts up to 70 mph. When I click on the power outage map on this app, I get "CURRENT OUTTAGES: ...LOADING" and It's been like this since I woke up an hour ago to no power. It's quite evident there's an outage, but I want to know how many other stations are out. This app works about as well as Greyatone power does. All I can say is thank God for generators! It almost seems like our generator powers us more than Greystone! 🙄🤦
The app used roo give useful & accurate information about outages. Now it's all lies. The app used to give an estimated time for restoration but I don't see that anymore. Right now my lights are still out, but app so shows my service is "on".
Worthless you can't search by address and how many people know the account number or meter number especially in the dark? Same with their silly website.
It is great to be able to report an outage
Reported outage and it notified me estimated restore date/time was 90 minutes ago (before the notification was even sent). I think something isn't working properly.
You can not get an estimate on power restoration like the website states. This gives you no more information than the website
Waste of time and storage space on phone. This app does NOT tell you anything other than you have no power, once you report the outage. There are NO notifications or updates as described.
App is not worth a damn. Reported an outage and I am still without power at almost 48 hours later. And all is needed is replace a line fuse.
Same Info as Website Don't waste space on your phone. Just go to the website to find what is on the app. No restoration estimates, updates or news here.
Thank You for the Convenience of the App!
Don't put the dash in the account number just put all numbers together
Very helpful in the rare times I've had an outage.
Beats having to call into the call center!
Quick response and easy to use!
Not useful if you have an emergency when you download the app. I downloaded the app during a power outage and unfortunately, you have to add your account to start using the app. The only 2 options are to use your account number or your meter number. Neither of which is readily available for most people during an emergency. Why not just simply have people use their telephone numbers in order to use the app?
