There are many issues, most of the time it's not capturing the punch correctly. Even for swipe times it's not showing with second(APP) . and the most funny thing is the calculations of average working hours per day which is showing less than 9 hr, even though it is more than 9 hr, I guess the calculation is wrong, I.e. instead of no of present days they're considering the no of days in a month, which may not correct as per my view, else the app is good and they are improving a lot in Web version

Very poor experience of this app. Same issue is reported by multiple reviewers in detail since past few months. You are approaching individually, rather than improving the app. Very pathetic attitude. We cannot view any of the documents from the app directly. Have to download it every time. The downloaded documents cannot be accessed. As emulated storage is not displaying. This is simply a pain points that needs to be resolved. You guys need to do something about it.

Resigned employees contact information is still visible on the directory tab. It's upsated in the tool. But still showing on the mobile app.

Very poor aap, no sawip time correct . And another issue is If you forget passward than again contact to hr no option given how to re store your forget passward

The downloads (payslips) are stored in /emulated/0 folder which has been disabled by Android 10 and above. Either one should root the device or do some tweaks with adb to access this folder. But what's the point? OS is updated but app is still living in stone age. There is no option to change the download folder as well. You need better devs for this app. Overall, pathetic experience.

Please increase the size of the button/bars and why are there glitches while searching an employee. Why would you not give importance to the feel of the app . It works but why so blocky?

I am unable to download payslips. my mobile shows that it has been downloaded but i am unable to find the file

Sometime it doesn't work until GPS is on. One more thing I faced that at the time of updation I was signed out automatically without notification. Then I have to reset my password freshly. Attendence Regularisation doesn't show properly. It doesn't shows the corrected data i. e. in time/out time, what I entered finally. Most problematic thing is it can't locate my real time position i. e. latitude and longitude via GPS once. For that I have to touch "Report issue" tab several times. Thank you.

Don't even know how many and how to describe the issues. There are countless bugs in the app. UI, data records, and the performance at worst level. Need to be improved.

Totally disappointment by using this app. not working smoothly, when uploading photos,images,pdf,jpg or any files its shows that "sorry error occurred, please try again Sometimes" So this is waste of mobile space,wasting time. totally timepass.

many times the mobile app is damn tooooooo slow! I am late to office by almost 5 mins, since i cannot sign in. needs performance optimzation! once in a blue moon, sign in and out is breeze! i use 3G network, but i guess, using 3G should not be an issue.

Worst service provider. This feedback is from SoftRadix Technologies. We recently purchased this service but it is not working atall. They are not picking calls to fix this. No response from their end atall. Not recommended to anyone.

Using this app just because of my is using this plate form.lots of work needed to be done on app.Ap shows problem sing in and sign out.Not smooth and showing various problem while handling.Feed page chang when we press like button and this feature is too boring and most people dont like .Not more option like edting post after post in feed .You can select only 5 pics and those are also shows problem while posting. I have post 4-5 times just for sinhle post.hope you will fix it and give update.

Bad experience. I have tried So many times but I can't able to Mark my attendance in that app. Mark attendance options is not available in that app. Quickly resolve this issue. Because once I installed the app till now the prblm is being continue. Still now I can't able to Mark the attendance in that..

Very poor user experience. I need to install 2 apps: GreytHR cloud app and GreytHR Employee Tracker app - just to be able to apply for leave. Moreover the Cloud app lets me log in with my company email but the Employee Tracker won't let me login without entering a user ID and password. What's the point of having a perfectly decent Cloud app if you're forcing people to sign in separately on another app?

App in not comprehensive, no response is not user friendly

I don't think this deserves to be in Google Play Store, every time you open there is logout without your notice, there is no forgot password, it's worse in my life, every time you open its errors always, I don't think somebody maintain it, never useful, even in this advance technology days these people have not working on it. Please do the needful efforts. Wake up yourself

Such a pathetic app. Right from the login to all the functionality, there are many glitches. Can't even mark the attendance. Always end up showing ANR while using the app. Please fix the glitches and do a thorough testing before realising. Please stop replying with the same autogenerated text and fix the bugs

Good experience of Greythr application and easy to use.

my office attendance is based on this application. when i try to login most of the times it's showing server error. worst application and worst user experience. it takes more time to login so I've to stay back some extra hour in office to maintain timing.
