Unable to finish ride even though I parked the scooter over 30 minutes ago and it is not active. It gives me an error every time I try to finish my trip. Also, when trying to complain through the app I receive an error message. Worst of all, is that I was charged for 35 minutes because I couldn't disconnect. They definitely need a more efficient way to resolve these issues.

My phone is in English but the entire app is in Spanish.. wth?? All it takes it to create a values-en folder with a strings.xml file in it to have it translated, cmon guys it's not that hard! And forcing users to take pictures of the scooters after each trip is kind of annoying, especially for people like me whose phone's camera is messed up and can take ages to take a photo. Apart from that the app does its job

Cool concept, but the payment system is retarded, all of these small payments are cause my credit card to flag it as fraud. I suggest you all someone to add more that the negative balance, if I have a negative balance and I'm ready to pay it 90% of time I am in the process of starting a new ride. I need to make two transactions to start, pay the negative balance, then add credit. Instead I would prefer an option to pay more than the negative balance, thus one charge.

Installed this app to let my nephew enjoy a ride. Getting started was ok but ending turned into a nightmare when the useless app wouldn't let me terminate the ride. The contact details were useless and the emergency icon was no where to be seen. The staff on the ground just said cancel your credit card which wasn't an option. After wasting 2 hours and heading home without the trip being cancelled, it was eventually but after much heartache. I would avoid at all costs. Useless !!!

The service is ok, but I rate the App 3 stars. It needs improvements to stop (or at least decrease) presenting so many errors, like not finishing the trip the 1st attempt, for example. Inserting Credit card info is hard, too, because the app always reports error. Later on you find out all cards have been registered. Too confusing.

Awful app and worse service. The app wouldn't finish the trip correctly, my trip was charged twice in my credit card (in spite of having two "free" trips), the chat always disconnects and doesn't allow to save the previous conversation. Fortunately, skateboards are cute :)

the fact that the app gets completely locked when you go offline is really annoying. i used a nearby wifi hotspot to unlock a scooter. i went off with the scooter but it never accelarated so i had to find a second wifi hotspot to be able to access the Help option of the app. i was finally able to read it and confirmed that i was doing everything correctly. i pushed the scooter with my foot all the way to my destination. then i had again to find a third wifi hotspot to click the app Finish button.

It is more expensive than Uber. You have to walk to look for it, and you have to leave it in determined places so you dont depart from where you are nor arrive where you go. it may be useful only for moments and places with heavy traffic. riding is unstable, you need to be veeeeeery careful with any alteration in the floor.

I have been trying to just unsuscribe and delete my account, but every time I open the app it says that it is unable to connect to the internet! (I guess that it must be because the company either just went broke or simply suspended it's service here in Mexico). But I would just really like to know for sure that my personal and billing info has been deleted from the app.

constant warnings before, during, and after each ride which you have to dismiss to start and stop the ride. app is generally annoying and slow to use. scooters are limited to 20km/h in Buenos Aires and are no longer available on most street corners, only stations. in that case, i may aswell use a city bike!

I loved using yellow bikes, but after merging with Grin, the experience is getting worse and worse. Recently, the number of bikes available declined a lot and the app started showing bikes that didn't exist. Also, the app does not show the bike filter anymore, like I could only rent scooters.

the ride is excellent.. the app is the worse! please fix all the bugs. after you take the picture from qr, it is a matter of luck if the app will work properly or if it will be stucked on loading. the same happens when you try to end the ride

I wish I could have a better mobility solution than this app The first time I tried finishing the trip closing the lock I had a problem as it was still charging my credits, as I tried to force finish the trip via app I was unsuccessful and kept charging. When I tried changing to a scooter, the accelerator wasn't working and it charged me twice as much for a trip I didn't make. When trying go back to the first bike, I had again the same problem with the vehicle and the app kept charging me.

I was able to unlock and use a bicycle very easily. Unfortunately, the App is messing with my Bluetooth settings and after I installed it, I could not play any media in my car audio using the Bluetooth.

Grin Service in Rio is really awful (I'm using Grin app), maps are not updated, couldn't find many grins where map showed they were (no matter if you leave and get back to the app), very slow to finish runs (more than 5min), connection problems, app doesn't focus camera to shoot QR code, can't release amd start run on a Grin that is just by my side because app says I'm to far away from it =\\ I'm giving up. Californian Lime service I used last year is far far better.

The latest version is much faster than the previous one. Scans fast, and you can get going fast without worrying about additional screens. The history could be more detailed, particularly the GPS route.

This is a scam! I've tried to use one of the scooters in Santiago and the app kept saying that there was an error contacting my card company... Ok, I've thought, it won't work. later, when I check my email, there's three charges in my card! if the charge was done, why there was an error contacting the card?? if you use this app, be aware that the financial part is not goid enough.

I've tried this 4 times and love the idea of cheap fun transport but problem is when your trying to finish ride. I have a Mexican sim card and it took me 20mins to log onto grin website to disconnect. My ride was only 9mins but they charge by time....so it works out taxi would of been cheaper and more convient. I can't use this again because I'm scared of needing to stand next to scooter while finishing and you can't move away until you have verification of finishing. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I was using the scooter and when I was about to end the trip the app froze, restarted and I couldn't end it, it wasn't there. I reported the issue as soon as it happened and now I'm being charged x5 the time I used it and requesting a refund keeps giving me an error. Horrible user experience.

As first user, one word: integration. I downloaded the yellow app only to know that I need to download the grin app to use the bikes. So far so good, I added funds to use and really like the bike. I spotted a scooter and decided to use it. I tried to read the QR code just to know that I need to download another app, add another account, new funds, another balance to use. It was frustrating.

More expensive than Uber! Forces you to download another app (Rappid). Doesn't allow the exact debit on your credit card. Instead, requires previous deposits on your wallet, leading to residual amounts for which you have to order a refund.

- The map is not accurate finding the scooters or sometimes they are not shown. -Sometimes the scooter doesn't unlock although appear to be functional. -The worst of all is when you're on trip and the App crashes or the trip simply disappears not allowing you to end it and they charge you a lot of money for something you didn't use. -They changes the operation areas with no noticeable advice and you're charge for not being aware at the begging of the trip. -The cash back is not clear and slow.
