This is THE WORST restaurant app I have ever encountered. Difficult to navigate, difficult to add or delete an item, not able to sign on at least half of the time. Usually end up going through the Door Dash app and then picking up. I'm literally stunned this app has lasted as long as it has somehow...
The app is awful. At one point it worked well and when it didn't you could call in your order.
A bit of an awkward app. I had trouble with it because it wouldn't save favorited stores and also wouldn't display the menu. Considering the point of the app is to allow you to order food and I was unable to, I give it 2/5 stars. It's probably an edge case bug, but still.
Terrible experience. Same issue for months with the payment not being accepted and they seemingly refuse to fix it.
App no longer allows you to complete an order. Lets you get all the way to the payment page, then breaks. And they no longer take phone orders. Extremely frustrating experience. I just go to another burger place instead.
It would appear they no longer care about orders they the app. I tried it back in October, once you get to payment it fails. Tried again today 12/06, same fail. I can't believe they won't fix this. Used to work great. Many moons ago.
Doesn't accept payments so makes it impossible to order ahead of time. Would be good if there was a way to order but pay when you go pick it up but since you can't do that it's pretty much only good for looking at the menu
I can't finish the order and pay for the food. Very frustrating. I usually end up going somewhere else because of this
A complicated menu means a complicated app. When it worked, it was handy, but at peak times, the app would fall on its knees. I've deleted it, not worth the trouble, but a very good restaurant.
I have sent repeated requests to transfer my rewards points from my belly account to the new app. It has been a month and they are still not showing up. Also there is no help or support button in the app. This was poorly designed for rewards purposes.
Love this. Cutting out the overpriced delivery apps, if you don't mind picking up. App was super simple to use and pick up was super easy and quick. Delicious food. Get the crispy brussel sprouts instead of fries 😩🤤😍
Great app for ordering meals but I never received my free meal after 10 orders. Yes, I spoke to management about this and they informed me that th application is still a work in progress. I'm nearing 10 orders so let's see if the application bugs have been fixed.
While navigating the menus was clunky, it used to work. Now it doesn't do anything after confirming a location and pickup time.
Repeated requests according to their instructions for transfering points from previous app have been ignored. Poorly designed user interface requiring too many steps. The worst loyalty application I've used by far!
Easy to use and while the app doesn't make the food the special ordering is super easy and they have never missed a beat on the special instructions!
Such an easy interface. I normally dont do restaurant apps because it ends up being too complicated but this has been a breeze. Thanks Grindhouse!
It's great to be able to order via app, I wish personalizing the order was more streamlined, but it's otherwise great.
Fantastic. I love this app and this restaurant. They always get my order right, the prices are great, and it's some of the best food in town. Super happy they're an Atl staple.
I love that place. I eat there about once a week and the app makes it super easy to have my burger just like I like it everytime. I love that I can save my fav order.
This app is more like a gift card where you have to load money on it before you can scan for purchase. Not like Farm Burger where you load a card and a payment can be processed by scanning your QR code.
App used to work but is completely broken now. Can't use saved payment methods. Won't accept any credit cards. Won't even load checkout now. Was going to order but guess I won't now
App doesn't work. Constantly crashing when trying to order an item. (pixel xl OG/version Android 10)
5 stars if you will add the kids grilled cheese to the menu. Such a pain in the ... to order it separately. Please, dear God, add it!
This is the worst app for ordering. So clunky and if you have to reset your password you cannot order. Had to abandon my order and eat elsewhere.
I have used this ap several times in the past. I have tried several times the last 2 weeks to order before work and it gives an error running my card. I called my bank and used a different card, still getting an error
Great app for a great business. Best butgers and service in town. And the best music IMHO. They also show Godzilla movies on the wall.

The mobile app is trash and the website is trash. Fix your app Grindhouse! I can't order on the app or online due to the app not loading. The website is the same way.
Easy - just a bit confused on the addition for the impossible burger. BUT, it is De-Licious!
Can't order Update 2.18.22: The app still doesn't process payments, and they don't take orders over the phone. So essentially no way to order ahead of time. If you try through the website, they now charge a $1.00 "convenience fee" for the privilege of ordering food from to pick-up.
