Grizzly - Gay Dating and Chat

So far, it's a good app. Better choices for fun but fewer. Could be a bit more original, kind of blame, search and filter options are minimal and could be more useful. Couldn't find a Sorry by Distance option, not is there a symbol on thumbnails showing distance from nearest single (must press pictures). A few more tidbits need tidying up but, otherwise, it's not bad, just not great... 😟

You click a profile pic and get a blank gray screen. Thumbnails are visible but far too often they don't enlarge when clicked on. It also took several hours for my first profile pics to be approved. Also the distance filter seems off. I can see a guy 199 miles away in one profile and the profile next to him is 3 miles away. Why wouldn't they be arranged from closest to farthest? The Terms of Agreement say you can cancel by going to Settings. Where are the Settings? I've searched everywhere. WTH?

Way too locked down & BOT / SCAM accounts are a major problem. Layout & design are terrific. Unfortunately, expected app features are locked down including, who viewed your profile, pictures and only a handful of nearby profiles, without going premium. I get it, gotta cover expenses but what crosses the line are all the BOT / SCAM accounts, asking to click off site links or buying gift cards for them. Uninstalled. There's no profile that can be trusted as genuine. :(

STAY AWAY. The app seems to be full of scammers and bots. Conversations always eventually lead to person asking you to click on links and sign up for/verify some sort of services like video call or webcam. Their jobs are either models or oil rig engineers. Duplicate profiles everywhere. Support email is useless as I never got any response back! Worthless app.

I really really had hoped that these guys were getting their act together on the spammers. Took a minute to read back over the past few reviews and even those seem like something copied and pasted from a script almost. Half the time you can't report a profile because of an error and something about could be due to maintenance or premium features aren't available. Majority of the people who install this app truly wanted something different!!

I cannot load up a photo which is necessary to use this app apparently. I put one in, do the filter thing, and hit save but it doesn't happen I also did the "photograph this gesture" thing they said was necessary for verification. I get a vague error message saying something went wrong.

So many catfish. Users claiming to be military, random messages with links, all very strange and suspicious. If you use this app, tread lightly. The number of real contacts is abysmal. A more thorough vetting process is required. Always reverse image search! Never send money to strangers!

I have talked to a few nice people but a lot of the people here are spam. It's really annoying because you invest your time on having a conversation but then they ask you if you have a Kik or WhatsApp Try to get you to go over there because they say that the apps not working the send pictures but I have no problem with me being able to send pictures. Can you guys please somehow fix this problem I would and I'm Certain other people would certainly appreciate it. Thank you

Nothing great here, you only get to see one picture of a list of members. Limited chats functions limited interaction all for a push for paid membership but they don't let you experience enough of the app to even decide if you want a paid membership. If I wanted to look at pictures of people's heads I will just Google search for images. I wouldn't recommend the app it at get better if the user base expands or if the admins release a few more options.

Overall a decent app though others that do similar things and are more established might yield you better results. My only issue is that it seems to often encounter error messages when trying to load profiles or nearby searches regardless of which type of internet connection I use which makes it difficult to use

This app suuuuuuuuucks. Not only does almost every feature require a premium account, but I am messaged INCESSANTLY by spam accounts despite reporting them every time and most of them reusing the EXACT same profile info. Profiles have a sloppy and hard to maneuver layout and almost no one fills in any profile information. Honestly couldn't point to one redeeming feature of this app

Grizzly so far, is quite neat and simple, it's got an easy to use layout, and it's quite responsive. Admin is also great. A free one month premium trial is a really good plus too. I like the app. More people on board would try boost activity too. Beautiful.

l find it to work better than some of the other sites because the parts of the app that require interaction between your members and the app seem to be placed much more stratigic not just on the timing but seemed to be designated at a more crucial time and place in the app. Bravo!!!

Fantastic app for meeting real bears, otters, chasers & Cubs, for all sorts of reasons. Very non-partisan and non-judgmental site with the men to back it up. Their back end support teams are amazingly great and helpful and real, not to mention cute as all get out! I Highly reccamend this app and remember you crazy men... Be honest about yourselves and what you are looking for and Karma will make it happen for you!

Only just literally signed up, so still sussing out what's what etc I'd prefer to have people within my distance range and online on the grid. Slightly concerned with regards to the reviews on here since after signing up. I was using Surge for a bit b4 but am not sure whether the 2 accounts are linked or...🤷🏻‍♂️ 🤞🏻 it's not a let down.

It's pretty nice, been fiddling around with it for a little while now and I love the set up, I love how easy it is to control and how nice it looks in general. Premium is great, but the amount of bots is sickening. Im honestly done with the app because no one talks and I keep getting "Saw your picture on this site [random link] I wasnt to take you to a discreet party" along with the stupid "I'll pay your bills and loans baby" bull. It's honestly reached its last straw with me.

I've not been using this app long, but I'm finding it easy to use and has a fairly good selection of users. There aren't so many in my local area, but that's the same on most apps. Nice interface and good space for profile info.
