Serach option doesn't work properly. It shows multiple irrelevant items that are outside the search criteria. Also the promotion displayed beforebI placed the order was misleading, it said 10% discount and cashback but upon check out I only got an option for cashback and even that wasn't complete 10%.

The prices of products are too high. Even worst the management team. They call back and getting the data but not returning the difference price. The price on product carton is mentioned 1980 but grocer is selling it on 2170.

Pathetic app.. its a kind of scam.. they will accept your full order first and then deliver half items .. for remaining items they will add amount in your app wallet not in your account and bound you to buy from them again for that remaining amount. Pathetic experience.. worst grocery app i have used ever.. very poor in customer services. I would like to rate it 0 out of 10

Pathetic Service. Order was accepted and payment was also debited. Delivery could not be done at the intimated time slot. Delivery attempt also failed on the following day. Subsequently the order was cancelled as they did not have the capability to deliver in the area, which begs the question as to why order and payment were accepted in the first place. Anyways, I was informed that my refund has been processed. However, the refund has still not been reimbursed despite lapse of around 22 days.

Worst Experience ! It was my first order and they delivered 4 hours late ! Can you imagine and when i called the driver he said that the car broke down and stuff and still after 2 hours i called him again and he said that I'm eating food ... Like what the hell !? Not recommend wish i could rate it zero ! Not recommend at all !

Lately, everything I need is out of order. One thing I liked about it was that it had items were not available on any other grocery app. But that has changed now.

Good service with very competitive prices. There packaging is the best I have seen among similar service providers. The vegetables are always fresh and without blemishes. I have just two issues. I exclusively use a credit card to pay. Occasionally, there will be a small 16 or 5 rupee negative credit on my inapp wallet. They should really fix this. Second, they don't remove the useless leaves and stalks on vegetables like radishes and these weigh almost as much as the actual product you pay for.

Just few hours before the delivery, they will send you the message that some of the items are not available. Sometimes they will deliver substandard vegetables to you but won't refund them. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Use other apps.

I used this app first time and i am satisfied and I recommend to others to use this app for getting your groceries on your door step. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and nothing found wrong. 😊

Frustrating their customers. I have been using the app for 2 years and now they have highlighted my account for no reason. I have been the club member for long and now they are not allowing me to use promo codes.

I am giving them 5 stars for their quality and commitment. Timing is an issue on the other hand, you guys have to work on it as it is not possible to wait for the arrival of the dispatcher for 3 to 4 hours because one gets engaged in the wait and has to cancel his or her other imp commitments. Rest they are doing a great job, proper packing of things, freshness of vegetables and fruits is always there. Presentation is alway fab. Keep it up!

Grocer app is not meet customer satisfaction. Airlift and cheaty is good app than grocer. Grocer deal monthly requirements products, promotion and next day delivery. But cheaty and airlift same day and free delivery. Some give 300 rupees off on cheetay app I have good experience with cheaty and airlift👍🥳😇. I have bad experience with grocer ☹️.

They provide the best online grocery shopping services in the town. Always timely coordinates to the queries of their customers. Really really satisfied with this application, everything is so manageable and smooth.

Very poor responding app, cell number verification is a wrestling experience, again and again sms is generating but app is not ending the account verification. Getting fed up gone again to metro.

I don't know what has happened to the inventory, most of the items are out of stock and upon even requesting them for several days they aren't back in stock. This is getting frustrating.

Worst service ever. On first ordered they delivered expired product. On second order delivery got delayed. On third order they delivered wrong brand in wrong quantity.

very nice app....I really enjoyed itt.. one prblm that I faced is that there is a rule of buying 50% beverages oils etc...Nd 50% others things... it's should be optional... otherwise u r bounded...secondly....addition of ... cocktail...is needed

I've been availing grocerapp services for more than a year. Their standard of service is highly highly commendable. Quality of their all items especially vegetables fruits grocery and meat is superb. I have never ever experienced delay on their part in delivery of ordered items. Lucrative discounts on almost all items is their added quality. On my first order..they delivered late and I was disappointed by their service but after knowing that the order was delivered late, they apologized and give me a free delivery on next order to compensate. I'm really impressed 👍🏻

Terrible experience with this app. Groceries are not delivered on time. Mine just got delayed by an entire day and still no sign of my order. Has happened multiple times. Customer service number is only given to members. Chat feature provides inadequate support and representatives stop replying after a few times. Not using it again.

Poor Order cancellation SMS after an hours of confirming order dispatched. And even received a call from rider that sir I am coming and I will contact you.

At the start, it was good experience but later they have allowed only limited access on the application and excused to allow full access then it is no use for me as there are so many online Grocery options out there. I am uninstalling this application.
