I had a cash balance and one fine day it vanished. I called up customer service so many time to find out what happened. Each time the number is busy and they promise to call me back. I gave up on their service. Worst ever. I will never shop with these people
This is a good app. So far I have had good experience. I only rank it 4 cuz you charge too much for delivery
I ordered grocery a day in advance. Their delivery boy call and ask to deliver it at 10.30 in night. Pathetic service
Many issues with app. Tapping on cart hangs the app. Good delivery, timely and good quality products. Used 10 to 12 times
When they are not able to deliver the product, they make Horrible excuses, and left the customer in last movement where he doesn't have enough time to go to market.

Faced the following issues: 1) Got rice with insects in it; 2) can't update an order incase I forget something 3) the customer service keep saying will deliver it by tomorrow and tomorrow never comes ( that too for items u have ordered and they forget to deliver). Would suggest better look for alternatives b'cos no one can guarantee a perfect service which is fine but incase you have issues Tomorrow never comes for these guys!!
Unable to place order on app or web as the delivery slots are unavailable for whole week. Tried calling support number multiple times but it's saying all executives are busy and they will call shortly, never received any call.
I think Grover max has gone down the drain I've been trying to order from them for last 10 days delivery option shows all slots full n their customer care no is always busy n they promise to call back which they never do.
Pathetic app! You can't view the cart after adding items. Moreover, the items added from an account don't get sysc with desktop website.

1st Order cancelled by grocermax on 1st jul'16 hence I requested for refund on same date in Mobikwik wallet, however I have received refund on 12th jul'16 in grocermax wallet instead of Mobikick, still issue is not resolved after 14 days.. Need lots of improvement. Pls don't buy anything from grocermax its fraud......
Website slow, poor app interface, unprofessional customer care, coupons at home page do not work, mobikwik payment does not provide any option to enter code, customer care says option to enter code may appear after the payment is done :O
I am not able to change city it is showing gurgaon only. That's why not able to buy any product

Unable to see cart! Finally ordered through laptop!
Ordered for 10 pkts of Amul Gold Milk 500ml vide order# 145117142 on 20.08.2016, received on 21.08.2016. All packets received were curdled. On further inspection the curdled milk had a plastic texture indicating spurious milk. Never going to buy from Grocermax again
