Great ability to add gricery items. Loved the overall functionality. Worst part is two-fold. First, horrible experience attempting to update, even with the the premium option. Second, when twice upgrading to new Android phones the data from this grocery app did not transfer thus losing the saved information. Continual contact with the developer finally resulted in a refund. I would have loved an update to the app to fix the integration and backup problems.
This is the best basic list and the worst. There is no support for this. I started this app in 2017 and still using it. It's not upgradeable, no fixes. The Apple version is terrible. I had to come back to the Android version. What happen. If you have a great thing, why would you let it go? The best part is to be able to cross link with multiple shopping list. To be able to simultaneously check off items while in another LIST, (STORE).
Thia app has great features and works well. However it is ridiculous that when I get a new phone, nothing I have saved or customized carries over and no one responds to my pleas for help. I had purchased the premium version, then got a new phone and lost all my data. I purchased the premium one again on that phone to see if that would help and it did not. Now I have a new phone again, and once again all is lost. I guess I will go in search of one that will actually save my data.
Syncing your list within the Android version is not possible, as you can read on the developer's site, from disenchanted customers, as their cloud is not working. Do not purchase if you want to sync accounts across other devices. Developer does not return or fix issues presented to its "support" forum. You can see customer's "call for help" from far back as 2016. Also note, the last posted app update to this application...way too long for reputable developer to honestly say their app is up to date with the current technologies. As of today, the developer's site has removed the Android PlayStore icon, indicating that the app is no longer compatible with Android. Originally, the app only ran on Android with a "coming soon" slogan for IOS...So, it appears they have discontinued functionality for Android and solely focused on IOS. The developer needs to halt sales of the Android version, refund those customers that have paid for monthly or yearly subscription, and give satisfactory answers as to why they refuse to communicate with their customers.
Syncing issues and no longer able to search for item pictures on Google (which was my favorite feature). I also paid for it twice when I upgraded my phone.
Please update the log in. It keeps saying is under maintenance and it's been too long already. I already paid the app twice! Do to having a new phone and trying to transfer all the data in which is not letting me. So please fix this asap.
ok not happy right now. just bought the Samsung S10 5G phone and trying to install this app and it says it is only available for older Android operating systems. All my info is already in here...if I have to move to a new app, you will lose me.
I love everything about this app except syncing no longer works. I got a new phone and lost everything. I am unable to sign into or create an account.
App was great but its server never works so it's impossible to transfer the list to a new phone.
Apparently, the developer doesn't care about who bought this app. Syncing don't work anymore for Android users and it's pointless paying for the app, so they should remove it out of good faith.
web search no longer works. i agree with all the negativity, seems the developer no longer supports this app. too bad, it's a good app.
I loved this app. But no update since 2015. If I go to the backup app, I will lose many features.

This app is so amazing I love it but there's one thing that can improve can it can't locate stores or search online anymore like it used too but still I love it

Great if I could update it
Overall user experience is very good. The app is easy to navigate. Lots of useful features. The Favorites feature within shopping lists is useful. It could provide better usage if it is a standalone feature as well. Users could add items to the favorites list, browse the list and then select items from the list to add to one or more shopping list. Maybe it is alredy available and I haven't found it yet.
