Unsatisfactory & worst app... I have ordered & made the payment.... I was been confirmed that i will get delivery with in 4 days.... Its been 10 days & yet didn't receive my order & unexpectedly the order history got invisible... Even after constant emails & phone to calls to customer care, i unable to receive any revert back either through emails or calls... Stucked for not receiving the delivery & payment

This is a scam application. I placed my order through this app with reliance fresh. I got text saying that my order has been cancelled as per my request but I did not place any such request in the first place. And when I try to mail the support of this application which is a normal Gmail id(big red flag should have checked) the mail does not go through. Now, I don't know how will I get my money back. But this is lowest of low behaviour trying to cheat people during pandemic.

I have just loaded up my shopping cart but to no avail. As they do not accept cash on delivery as payment for the items bought. So my order is at a standstill. Very frustrating for me.

This is a worst app.. i placed my order from grofers. My money got deducted but order wasn't placed. Its been 1 month yet my money is not been refunded. Even when i mail them, no reply is given from them. Please guyz dont trust this app at all. They are just fooling people.
