I actually really like this app and it's pretty good for the most part, the only problem, which is actually a big problem, is you can't send your list to anyone else unless they also download the app. I'm which they may not be able to or want to and shouldn't be made to. So considering sharing my grocery list is the main point, I can only give it 3 stars.
Would like to be able to transfer items from the shopping to the pantry. Also most store uses two types of taxes listed as Tax A and Tax B. It would be nice if the tax could be setup based on that.
Was good until they changed it so there's an intrusive pop-up ad you have to dismiss for every single item you add. Completely unusable now.
Can't fully delete some categories. It was kind of annoying that they'd get added back automatically with certain products. Other than that, it seems like a useful. Not being able to fully customize the categories kept me from using it further.
What the heck have you done to this wonderful app? Now every time I put an item on the list an add pops up and freezes everything. I'm finding another one.
Great reminder for me. I used to write down a list and forget it at home. Now I have it with me. I like that I can have multiple lists for different stores in one organized place.
I love the app but I find most items don't populate a description when I scan the barcode (manual entry required). But, yes I do find this app worthwhile!
I only wish for a few improvements: 1) Added categories were alphabetized into the existing list of categories to keep my list sections alphabetical and easier to locate my items. 2) Editing prices/quantities of items already INSIDE the cart instead of having to tediously remove items to edit and re-add to cart. 3) Item price preview updated when updating quantity of an item. 4) Cart total to be stickied to top bar to be visible at all times.
Easy to use. I never put price on the app. I like the way it lists different catagory needs.
Love this app. The only thing I would update is that I would have the app keep the price of the item that one enter.
This was an excellent app until it stopped working on my phone. Still works on my tablet. What's up?
I have been using this app for years ..The one thing thay need is a way to be able to alphabetize the items that you store for future use .... Thank's
App will not open. Uninstalled and re installed. Still will not open. Used to LOVE this app. Really frustrating
This grocery list app is great! I like how you can check off each item as you get it, and it moves that item to the bottom. Then if you made a mistake and didn't mean to check it off, you just uncheck it and it goes back on as an active item. If it doesn't recognize the category (i.e. frozen, fruit, dairy, meat, etc.), you can always go back into that item and choose which category you want it in, and it stays that way moving forward. Wonderful having it on my phone!
App has as lot of potential. I love how it organizes things into different categories, I love how it has an inventory portion as well. The reason it only gets two stars from me is because the bar code scanner doesn't work. The description claims it syncs my list, but it doesn't. I want to be able to access my lost on multiple devices so other people in the household can update the list. And I can't create more the one inventory list, making it hard to locate my stuff.
Not bad, but could use some improvements. I like that it has the scan feature, though unfortunately it doesn't work most of the time. It'll scan and then not list the item or it'll list a different item than the one scanned. I like that you can change the type of units and list how many. The price feature is also a nice addition. Though, it really needs a photo option so the person shopping can find the item easily by referring to photos of the items to make sure they get the correct product.
I liked it at first. When I first started using it, it would remember the price of the item (great for those you use a lot). but after I deleted the list once, every time after it doesn't put the price in. I dont know where to even find it to edit the price. it was nice, if your on a budget and need a few things. you can see if you were getting close to a certain spending limit
Lots to like here. I had tried several other lists programs, but all seemed lacking something. The last one I had was ColorNote. Although I liked a lot of stuff on that one, you had to sync it each time between your laptop and phone and that function quit working on mine. I prefer to do most of the entering on the lists on my laptop, but take my phone with me shopping or out. This program syncs automatically. Plus you can share the list with others and all sync together if all have the same app on their devices. Haven't tried this group sync, but that's my understanding. So if a family member is out and goes shopping, they already have the list with them. Also, others in the group can add stuff they need on the list. On ColorNote, I wished you could have your shopping list separated by various departments (i.e. dairy, produce, etc). This program has that. It has a bunch of preset departments, or you can customize your own. I use this for shopping, calls to make, subjects to discuss with my MD, etc. This is finally the list program I've been searching for.
I really like this app. I use this every single time I go to the store. You can categorize items, have the price of each item, have different quantities of items (like 4 items at $3 per item, or 12 oz at $1 per oz, etc.), check off items from the list, and more. There's one thing I would add to it: to be able to change the price or quantity of an item while it's checked off instead of having to uncheck it, change it, and check it again. There are also coupons and pantry lists that I don't use.
I like how I can create lists for different stores and the convenience of being able move the categories into the same order as the store aisles. My favorite part is that it adds up my grocery bill as I go, it's definitely an incentive to keep within my budget! The one issue I have with this app is that it doesn't allow the prices to move with the item, when switching it to another list. And honestly, the prices are the most tedious part. I'd appreciate not having to put them in every time.
Really nice and easy to use. Not sure how "pantry supply" will work-haven't tried it yet, so I don't know if it integrates with the list, but if I need to enter a new value all the time, I'm not sure of the benefit. I like that you can scan items you need. You can categorize them (produce, frozen, canned), and add new. I haven't used the receipts function but I will. It's focus is grocery lists but with upgrade you can add any type of list you want. I wish they added more units: jar, pkg, bag
Latest update broke the app. Now it just crashes when you try to open the app. Repeated reports of the crashes go unheeded. The developers got back to me. Despite the fact the play store still says this runs on Android 5.0, that's not accurate. They broke the app and that's that.
