No offers. High demand surge charge. No time selecting option. What's with the application. You have to pay the surge charges and delivery charges on the whims of the application. Swiggy instamart is far better with no unusual charges. In addition to that you can always avail so many discounts which are always available. Very bad experience with the new changed blinkit application.

I've been a loyal customer ever since it was named Grofers but now my faith, trust and loyalty is on the verge of collapsing. Last few days you've started charging high demand surge which makes no sense because no matter what time you order, it still shows up once you're on the final payment page and then it won't go away. This obviously is deliberate. Very disappointed with your business model. Also most items are always out for stock. You're forcing me to switch to other apps.

I have been a frequent customer of Grofers. After it became blinkit, all of a sudden they decreased quality service and now showing "Temporary unavailable" at my area in Pune. Earlier in same area, service and delivery was good. Have tried updatin App numerous times thinking issue could be temporary. But it has been over 30days, same error every day. Not sure, if with new name they have reduced operations in areas in the city. Have no other option left other than "un-installing" the application.

Delivery is fast. But no proper customer support. If the items are added in cart they deliver immediately without even checking whether customer has ordered or not. They don't even give time to check the payment processing. If it shows failed they immediately come and deliver. Even no number to call like Swiggy. If the customer ordered product by mistake no options to cancel. Poor customer support

Utterly disappointed. One of the items that I ordered was missing, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer support, there was only bot, with pre defined dialogues in the chat, of no use at all. Been a long time user of blinkit, but this has surely made me think about not purchasing in future through this app.

Very very bad experience in ordering. I have been a grofers member since its inception in Lucknow. Now when I go and fill the cart, it removes everything, sometimes temporarily not deliverable. So much time is wasted. If you can't supply then why you allow to fill the cart. improve your app. I called customer service number a few days back but still problem is there. My last order was in April, though it can be seen that i order almost 8-9 times a month. Pathetic.

The items are very limited and then the required ones are mostly out of stock and are never stocked back. They have increased the delivery charges to 35 which they call a nominal delivery fee whereas other apps are providing it free and they don't have a subscription model. Changing name will not help it's better to work on understanding the customer requirements.

Customer service option doesn't work. No way to connect to them in case of an issue. Edit: When the contact customer support button is pressed, it gives an error saying there's something wrong with your servers. I had an issue, I even shared the details on your website and still no contact from anyone.

The app keeps crashing. It didn't clearly show if the order was confirmed or not but it was confirmed from their end and the product was delivered. Meanwhile I had to reorder and cancel it. It was very confusing. The delivery was very fast though.

CHEATERS! Surge fee was NOT shown in the cart but was silently added after check out started. Once we verify the payable amount while starting the checkout, we seldom check the actual amount being paid, TRUSTING the platform and our experience with other leading platforms. But BlinkIt is NOT Trustworthy at all!

Your customer care is pathetic. They just hang up and do not pick up again!!! If I could, I would have given a negative rating. Such a poor customer service. They send you damaged products and replace it with damaged product again. Can't chat with a customer care executive, but with a bot!!! Wasted my money on the order. Not at all user friendly.

It used to be a good app but now the delivery charges have gone too high compared to other competitors. The customer support is pathetic(the worst I've seen) . You've to wait 20-30minutes for a reply. Overall experience is detoriating day by day. Time to move on to some other app.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! LEADS YOU INTO A VICIOUS CYCLE OF WALLET BALANCE. Awful service! When I used it first time, they sent only a few items and then gave a wallet refund of the remaining items. The items were on discount and the refund they gave was not same as the item was charged in the bill. It was less by 50 Rupees. To use the balance, I used this app again and this time too a few items are missing. They do this to make the customer visit their app repeatedly.

Y'all went from being the best in this space to the absolute worst. Swiggy Instamart and Dunzo have started offering better offers with next to no delivery charges, and the only thing going on for y'all is the super short delivery time, which might not be enough anymore. Please go back to your reasonable delivery charges and take double the delivery time if you have to, to achieve that. Cheers.

I used to like this but not anymore, they are charging too much, now they have added packing charge, delivery charge and high demand charge as well. If you compare with other eCommerce websites, they are not charging anything like that, giving free deliveries and lots of options, moreover they offer comparatively better discounts as well. Blinkit thinks it has more customer base so they can charge anything they want, Plus they never deliver in 10 min. It's always 30 minimum.

Very bad experience... Suggesting *NOT* to use, the delivery guy is so arrogant and takes too long to dilever, doesn't gives the product as shown in the pic and some items I recieved were rotten and white fungus was too be seen on sprouts , was not satisfied and will never use it again... Though it manages to keep all the useful items but facilities are zero... Compared to other dilevery app. Never ever gonna use it again and gonna uninstall it right away.

Pathetic services. Most of the essential products remain out of stock. And if there is any issue in the product sent by them then even after selecting for replacement, they initiate a refund that is too after explaining so much. It's very frustrating. Customer support doesn't work as per customers, they support as per their convenience. Will think before placing an order in future.

Worst Grocery app, half of the time products are out of stock and if available they deliver damaged items. They take 15 minutes to deliver, then you have to spend 40 minutes with customer service executive to get the product exchange. If that's not enough, the exchange delivery person will argue that why didn't you used the damaged product, instead of complaining. Hate it, never order again.

Really bad service. Booked some grocery item and it said it will take 33 mins (which was fine with me), but even after an hour there was no sign of order delivery. I tried calling the delivery guy, he said he is going to deliver some other's order and then he will come and it will take more 15-20 mins (pathetic). I tried raising issue on app but no resolution and repeated messages for different queries. Atlast I cancelled the order but it will take 5-7 days to get the refund. What a waste.

I really like this app, it's very easy as sitting back and relaxing and everything reaches in limited time. Surely I would recommend to others but one thing which can make it more good will be offers I would say, people who are using it for the 1st time will find it easy and will use it again and again but when they see they need to pay the same price and extra for delivery and no offers are available then switches to Swiggy instant. So offers will do alot more.

Update:They don't reply back to emails. They don't reply back to emails how many times do i write this so that stupid team can understand it? Also the app is no longer working it keeps showing server error whenever I open the app. Original:Order placed before shop closing time, still they keep showing it's taking a little longer to pack your items on one screen and on other screen it just shows order placed. Experience is degrading. Support is also not available usually to help you.

They are fooling customers... They show you less price when you add an Item, but later on the final payment page the charge you even more than the mrp. The sum of all the items you've added is less, but still they show you more amount in final price. Such a scam which most of us don't notice. Cheap tactics.

Horrible service ! They took an prepaid order and did not deliver for over 1.5 hours and then cancelled the order. No way to get intouch with the customer care, just a bot which is practically useless as it keeps going in loop. Thought this would be a good app as Zomato is interested in the company but absolutely useless.

The most stupid delivery service. They never deliver on time. I've ordered 3 times, the first time the order was postponed till the next day (and eventually got cancelled), the second time was good, and the third time I'll be receiving the order after an 1.5 hours. The delivery personal's map doesn't work. They're completely in shambles. Please improve your product before so much advertisement. If your product is good, you'll automatically get customers

Worst experience, I tried to order vegetables & groceries but in the first order itself they made me wait for 1-2 hours whereas the expected delivery time shown in the app was 26mins, then they cancelled the order in part quantities without any reason. If you are not able to provide service then why u unnecessarily waste time of others..partial payment is refunded complete refund is still pending. WORST DO NOT USE !!
