Great customer service. Received a damaged box which I refused to take. took some photos and sent it to groot support and they immediately dispatched a same new product which I received today in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
This app is a scam. Don't fall for it. I've ordered cover for my phone in end of December 2021 . Today it's been more than 2 months. They hardly reply by mail. They didn't pick up call,no message reply.

Such a pathetic app. Products are priced soo high when compared to other sites. A camera lens coffee mig was priced between ₹200 to ₹500 in other sites which I noticed only after placing on order with Groot in which the product was priced ₹999. Its been 10 days that I placed an order and still haven't review the product. They dont respond on whatsapp nor call. They rarely respond through a mail. This clearly shows the 4.3 rating is a bluffed one. Doesn't look professional at all. When people trust your service kindly cater to it. I would like to cancel my order and get a complete refund. Would be really great of you can do the needful.
