GrooVe IP VoIP Calls & Text

I paid extra for Groove IP Pro. It won't even load after Jan 2022 update. It's no longer in the Google PlayStore. I'm wondering if the Groove IP Pro App is obselete now??? I emailed cust support. No response - at all. It's like I don't exist to them. I'm a long time user. I can get into the regular Groove, with all of the add, with no problem, but that's not what I paid for. I guess the Pro App us obsolete now, and they didn't even tell us or acknowledge it now.

App crashes every time, but does take a robotic voicemail (if someone is willing to wait around for 8-10 rings). Used to be great, wish I could revert to a past version.

Issue with connection timed out waiting for a response from our servers...... Not able to sign in with credentials anymore on the Groove IP Pro app I've paid for this app fifteen years ago and now it doesn't work anymore If I uninstall then reinstall it it's going to make me repurchase since there isn't a restore purchase from the website...the lite version with Ads only works Developers don't know what their doing That's why there's no support response !! What a Rip Off !!

I used the Pro version of the app until recently. Now that version no longer works. No notice. No email. Just stopped working. I suggest finding an app with better support.

Very easily could have been one star but decided not to purely because of the service they USED to provide. Time to give up that ghost! core features of platform are now riddled with dysfunction, or completely nonoperational 😕 outdone only by measure of ability to underwhelm is the support documentation. Abhorrable "service" from who, I assume, doubleduties as dev/admin. He's Impatient and short or often never responds. When he does, it's slower than seroquel sedation.

Fails on S9 - I have used this app on the Galaxy S3 and S5 but it will not load on the S9. I have over 170 credits I paid for and I reached out for the developer and have received no response. This app was great on the S3 when I lived overseas to have a US number but has now failed me with zero help from the developer. Save your money. This has turned into theft.

Have not been able to log in for several days now... Hope developers know about this and fix it... Found the problem. Groove IP Pro has been discontinued. This ad supported version seems to work.

I've used this App for a few years while traveling and never had any problems until recently. I can't get any credit cards accepted to add money to my account which has caused me much grief as I was going to rely on this to call home. I've used the same cards to purchase airline tickets hotel rooms and for restaurants etc. I guess they don't want my money. Very disappointing.

App keeps taking off minutes and cancells out if inactive. Also, does not recognize account when trying to update. Lastly, keep getting short spam VM's from app of 1-9 seconds. Not Good!

I live in the boondocks and a lot of times this app. is the only way I can call out as my POS Galaxy has wifi-calling issues. I give it 1x star because it will drop my call, usually at the beginning, sometimes in the middle, with a loud chime to show me an ad. It happens so often that I have developed a routine. I dial out, wait for it to drop my call with the loud, annoying chime, close the ad, then dial again. Wouldn't be so bad if you didn't already PAY for the minutes! What gives?

I like that voicemail goes to email and credits are easily earned. HOWEVER, my complaint is that the display screen crunches down the number pad as you input more numbers, making navigation through automated menus EXTREMELY difficult if not wholey impossible. The worst scenario is when I have to make a credit card inquiry. Please fix this issue and you'll be perfect!

This is a great app. I use it when I don't want to give people my main number. I have the free version but have purchased minutes with no problems. From their ads I sub'd to Hulu and received abt 700 min. :) Voice quality is not good and I don't always get inbound calls when I test it. I this for texting not voice. My voicemail says it is for texting only. Google Voice is better and more reliable.

My login cannot be found on the site even though I am signed in on the app.... so it's probably best to spend money elsewhere... where your account's existence is at least acknowledged on the website.

Tried not to give up for a while on this app, had like 3 different issues going on with this app, then I read that I have to uninstall and install app to fix the issues, did that - it deleted all my contacts and there's no way to retrieve them back now. Support doesn't support at all, quite for weeks. Hope that info could help some of you

Does not work, people cannot here me when answering the phone. Hey Everybody, this is the first Application I see and used out of all the others that stays open in the background and live in upper bar using prosses/draining battery in order to work. I'm thinking it has to do with advertising. Also phone quality needs major fixing.

When used as a substitute this works like a charm. Free calls, paided ones as well works great! Remember as a substitute thia app is excellent! Just don't go overboard with the calls. Sooner or later you will have to pay for them. But if your friends all have and use the same app ... go for it!!

Just so everyone knows, you get only 16 credits per month... that's only 45 text messages OR a 10 minute phone call. I was going to use it to try and get my benefits reinstated. I broke my old crappy phone and have an android device I could hopefully use to make calls with an app. It does say you can earn more credits by watching videos or participate in offers... $1.99 for 200 credits = 125 minutes or 570 texts... you can text for free with the google voice app. My issue is the calls... sometimes I am on hold for 2 hours OR I get my call dropped. So I'd be wasting $. Thanks anyways.

Works great. I've used for six years no. Easily transfers, downloads, and works on each new phone that I have had. While able to keep the same number. Thank you Grooveip! Definetily worth it.

I went to install this free app for free incoming calls and when I went to the page to create an account the first thing it says is you have to register with a Paypal account and it costs a $1.00/mo for your number and it charges for incoming and outgoing calls. Uninstalling now. Waste of time.

PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. THE average review is 2.9 for a reason. The company is complete trash. Customer support is non existent. I've purchased credits, never received them. And no one has responded to my emails. The service starts out fine but eventually it gets worst. DO NOT USE

Bought the pro version that was supposed to be free calls there-after, checked in to find out it has switched to charging for credits or forcing ads to earn them. Cruddy switch to pull, wouldn't trust this or any other apps they make to be consistent.

They deleted my number and all my credits with no notification. When trying to open the app, it says my account doesn't exist. I was making calls every month, so I don't know what happened. This app isn't a reliable source, for serious phone calling usage.

It a Nice app from SNRB Labs , the app is Working now but I still cannot be able to log into portal with my email address when I logged in from the Web.

Formerly good, but now can never connect to server and is therefore useless (with my purchased credits worthless!)

Doesn't do a text notification, drops calls frequently, and the audio cuts in and out on the other person's end. Would not recommend.
