It would be more helpful if notifications could be accessed after they pop up and disappear. Sometimes they are accidently opened and closed before I can read them because I'm interupted by a phone call or other message.
The push notifications are handy for citizens to get information from the township. However, I wish the alerts were archived somewhere so we could see them later.
The buttons work and I enjoy the pop up alerts but often I can not find them in the notices so I can't read them later.
Since the update, I can no longer read what the notification is. I just get an alert on my phone that there is one from this site.
Latest update still not working for Android, continue to get error loading data.
Since the update I cannot download the app with my Galaxy phone.
This app used to be great. New release does not work on an android device.
Android user. Tried reinstalling, post-update, and have lost the ability to reconnect.
Tried to update app 7/11/19 and get an error message. Uninstalled the old app and tried to install the new app. Get an error message. I have an Android Please fix this! There is no way to archive or save notices when they pop up. Many times I cannot bring up the pop up alerts when I click on the app. Very poor design.
App loads. But wont allow me to click anything except to make a postcard. 😑 I've even unistalled and reinstalled app. Same thing. A working app would be nice to be able to know when bridge closing are in effect.
We love this website. It is very useful to get the important news about Grosse Ile.

Should be able to save alerts. Too many spellings errors.
Aside from the notifications, the app is really just another way to access info from the web. Notifications are good, but you have a limited opportunity to access them. If you accidentally click ok on the pop-up window, the notification is dismissed and there is no way to retrive it. This app would be so much better if it could archive all past notifications for future viewing.
Just beginning to use this or be aware of it and so far, it seems like a very important app.
Best part so far are the alerts... looking forward to more features.
I like how we get alerts to let us know of delays, bridge closings, and meeting info. Very helpful because my job frequently has me on and off the island
If for no other reason I gave this app 5 stars because it sent me an alert for the arrival of the coal ship! That's awesome! I'm appreciating the other alerts a well. This app has enormous potential. I can't wait to see it attained.
It notified me when the bridge was opening for a barge. Saved me from missing an appointment.
Update: cleared data in settings and then uninstalled and reinstalled... same errors. i can no longer use the app..... Original review: the latest update doesn't even load. it provides an "error loading data" error or just spins the entire time saying "Loading app data, please wait" and nothing ever happens
