Group Expense

I use this app a lot during our field trips..Its simple to use and quite uncomplicated. However, when i recently changed my phone, I wanted to transfer all the existing trip expense details to my new phone. Could not find any such option to do so. It would be great if the expense data could be backed up to any of the cloud storage like google or Dropbox so that it can be recovered when device is changed, I could not trace where the app stores the data on my phone. Can you help ?

Great! Very good app. The only thing that is missing is when you create participants, you can't specify the ratio for each participant and keep it the same for all expenses. Currently, you can only specify for each individual expense, which is still very useful, but would like to see the option to set ratio when creating participants.

UPDATE: Support was able to get my data back. it's still concering that this can happen but I was helped promptly and they got me back what i lost. I printed it all out to make sure if I lose it again, I still have a back up. Thank you for fixing it! Original Complaint: Seems there may have been an app update and my tracker information is gone. It was an essential list for me and I have no way of recreating it. Someone owes me and I can neither prove nor show what and why. Great...

It's good to see such a small and simple application connected online with an account, can even add the expenses without internet connectivity. But I found some major issues with the app, like: Unable to add full names of people, it's too limited. Also, unable to divide the payment easily. Please rectify these

One of the best apps I've used for anything, ever. Very uncomplicated, self-explanatory, intuitive and exactly what is needed. Very useful in group trips. Let's you split expenses between specific people as well as everyone, gives clear instructions on how to settle expenses. It's perfect. Highly recommended.

Great App. Does almost exactly what I want. The only improvement I would like to see is separate areas for expenses and payments, rather than a list that can be filtered. Also an estimate cost & actual cost option would be helpful to plan a group trip.

I don't appreciate this app because it keeps no record of the changes nor gives you a notification of what changes has been made or by whom (if u delete something by mistake, it will be gone forever) ... especially that you can also delete/edit other's entries! (like you could manipulate the whole record so easily and without even paying attention)

I really love the app and use it weekly to manage our football team, the only reason i don't give this 5 stars is due the way it force you to settle payments. Typically people pay in advance for themselves and the app wants to force other members to settle with each other rather than allow for a bit of flexibility in settlements (for example, it's only ever the captain paying, he should be the only person receivin settlements). This is a bit tricky to articulate but i have a use case not covered

The app in general is very useful, however the "how to settle" calculations for some reason are inconsistent between android and iOS if more than 2 people are splitting, resulting in confusion as we all had different amounts to send to different people. everybody was synced and 2 androids agreed with each other and same for iPhones. please fix this, it's not acceptable!

Add a function to see who is the owner of the item and who has modified the data. Along with this a feature to link bills with an item coupd also be great. Apart from this solid app.👍

Edit - Can we have facility to have multiple people contributing for one expense Exellent app👍 Exactly what I was looking for. Can work completely offline. Simple and clear. Advance payment option which is very essential for any trip or event. Perfect settle up summery. Cant ask for more 😊. Kudos to developer for such a wonderful app

It's OK only if you are travelling in a country or region that only use one currency. There's is no quick group to choose, every time you need to key in, waste of time. 3stars for ads free... But I will still use "travel money" instead.

I installed 4 apps but this one exactly suits my requirements. Best app for group budgets. You can share expense with pdf too. Most of the time I was the payee so If i am in minus means i have to give others amount, and If others are in minus then they will have to pay me that amount. Amount settlememt function confuses a bit.

OMG ! What an application! I'm amazed! This is the best app if you are a frequent traveller and want to have simple process to entry your expenses. This app will do rest. The analysis report is just awesome ! Great job team 👍👏... Just one comment, not sure if it's an improvement or not, when any payment is settled, it seems like is it is added as charged to the person who was paid. But it shouldn't be I guess.

Best app for group expenses no need to calculate with single single person expenses auto calculator and provide the actual expenses amount. And best thing no need any internet connection for this app its works without internet(which is awesome features) i will suggest no need any modifications in this app just makes changes in design and auto save previous data when we reinstall app

Its a good app. It fullfills almost every aspects of expense division. The only thing holds it back is lack of cloud syncing. I wish it had data backup or something which is useful when you are changing your device.

Very simple and easy. Good for small amount of USD or EURO. But it's not for IDR or KRW which has many digit figures. You cannot choose number formats so you might be coufused how many 0s you put. Also you cannot choose several currencies So it's not good for International usage.

I like the concept of splitting however some limitations are still there as some body from the group can edit the details and it doesn't ask any validation from the initiator also any amount is getting settled by any user same needs to be verify by the end user. Otherwise i would say 5 🌟

The best app for trip planning, very handy and usuful, not like other stupid apps where they are unnecessary taking your contact details and your phone' contact details. Thanks

Very good app. Would suggest to everyone. I am giving 4 for now. Please improve on the suggestions below: Suggestions: 1. Include number of times for each participants who used certain items. For eg. Some people might drink several beers while others only one. 2. Calculations for service charges , VAT included later. 3. Sometimes the whole payment is done by one or two friends. Which will be paid later 4. Sometimes in big groups certain person take the money of smaller groups to settle.

This app is good, but its calculation isnt correct in multiple expenses. For Eg. I add 33 expenses list in which split isn't equal between added people, it shows calculation amount wrong. Please improve the calculation

Is it possible to have an option to adjust any refund in case anyone gets it. I understand this app is meant for sharing expenses in a group. But suddenly if someone gets a refund from, say, a cab aggregator, then how would one share the amount received? If that option is given, then nothing like it.

One of those simple but useful apps. Complex work made simple. Just needs simple inputs and it dose the work neatly. No more. No less. I'll give 6 star if I can. Good job!
