This Group Health app helps you manage your health care: Refill prescriptions, make appointments, see lab results, exchange secure e-mail with your doctors, and get parental access for your children aged 12 and younger. You’ll get most of the secure services available on our Web site. More mobile services are coming.

I have no idea why, but in the last 6mo or so the app has become almost useless. I tried emailing the development team but no one responded. The start screen flashes and you have to click the "biometrics" button at juuuust the right time, then when it takes your fingerprint it just spins the loading wheel of doom forever. I end up using the mobile website instead.
Very hard to use formating. Have to search and search for simple things like make appointment. Can't find the message tab. Luckily I touched uper right corner.....display issue. Where is the menu tab. (Samsung Note 9) (Samsung S21) (Samsung Tab 7)
I used to be able to easily log in with biometric data. Now, I must log in with my password, and it takes me to an online page instead of staying in the app. Suddenly, my easy access to KP has turned into a flaming POS!!!
This app is a disappointment. I can barely log in, the system is always down and when the system is "working" then I am unable to open messages or even do bill pay. The pages keep crashing or not loading. I have to call in to make appointments because I am unable to sometimes on the app and I am unable to see test results at times. No ads but honestly the app needs tons of work
My virtual appt kept kicking me out, doc said all his patients had this experience. I can rarely send a message in the app or access what I need, it freezes me out or bounces me out of the app. It is a disaster and impacting my Medical care! I called kaiser IT for help, they couldn't and acknowledged the faulty platform.
You cant use this app and trying to made me want to kill my self, the app doesnt work 99.999% of the time. The tech support isn't trained at all. Zero help. They have no clue how to use a cell phone much less help you fix a constantly crashing app. Should be removed from play store.
It is quite simple to work with. I don't understand the other negative reviews. Login and out is quite simple. Routine things are easily accessible from this app.
Seems the app goes to the actual website login. Which means there is something internally broken with the app and WebLink. It just won't let me sign in or create an account at all. Haven't been able to sign into my account in a week or two.
I hate this switchover I had to re-register this morning. Got through that, was able to see my new lab results. Now I have email showing three more results available and the app keeps closing before I can get to login screen. FIX APP
Keep trying to sign in and it doesnt let me. Have uninstalled the app and installed it. Had bern using this for years, very happy and not anymore.
After a large update on Jan 25, 2022, I've noticed this new version won't keep my membership ID on the sign in screen and this app is really slow to go to the next screen. I'm not impressed with the 'improvements'
App is great except for the login now. Was fine prior to the last update. Now it diverts to the website to login then back to the app after. Go back to not diverting please. Even the bank apps are easier to log into than this one.
The old app was pretty good, the update is slow, glitchy, and constantly crashes. I can hardly communicate with my doctors anymore. Please fix how slow and awful this is.
The app was great until the last update. Now I can't even open it. It keeps crashing. So then I go to the website and I can log in there, but every page I go to tells me it can't be found. It needs a fix. Bad.
I like that an app like this exists and I feel very privileged to be able to see all of my medical information in one area, and that I'm able to communicate with my Dr's here. HOWEVER, the app is very buggy and glitches alot, and I don't think it's very user friendly. And for some reason I can never log in when I'm at the Dr's office.
Not only does the app kick you out of care chat when your talking to somebody it also doesn't like to load any of the care chat. Not only that you can't screen shot your own medical information. If you have epilepsy, be careful when you open this app now it goes into seizure mode and flashes a white screen at you. They also closed me out of care chat for maintenance with no warning and I really doubt anybody's going to call me back or even try to follow up with me.
1. App says please update 2. Go to update but it only says open 3. Open app, says update 4. Uninstall app to reinstall as newest version 5. Reinstall app and open it 6. Says update 7. Go to update, it says open app. Are you kidding me? Update: Finally got it updated but it won't let me sign in even though the info is correct and I had numerous successful retrievals of ID and password that I already knew and had correctly entered. Awesome guys. Great app.
Will not save your login info. I don't want to have to log in every time I open the app. The button for "Save Sign in Credentials" exists, and I make sure to toggle it to "On" (green) every single time, but it has never once saved my sign in credentials. Not only is this inconvenient, but it also makes me question the security and handling of all my private information. If the dev team can't even get that one toggle to work correctly, what other standard app protocols might be mishandled??
More often than not I can't view things past the home page. When I finally can it's after trying multiple times, closing & reopening the app, if that even works. I got a text days ago saying I have new charges to pay. I've been trying for DAYS to VIEW my bill & I can't. Edit: this app is beyond frustrating. It has got to be the worst one ever for crashing. I honestly don't know why I keep it, it's absolutely useless. I'm deleting it. Y'all need to fix the bugs. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend.
Worked ok until update made it impossible to log in. It is completely ridiculous that a P0 issue like that has lasted for weeks. I'm disgusted with the lack of professionalism of the app workers and Kaiser of Washington as a whole.
This app is horrendous. They keep changing the layout and everytime I try to stay logged in or have it remember my password and ID # it logs me out. You can't read test results or messages which makes this app pointless. The other version was much more user friendly. With this version you might as well just go in person for everything.
So relieved that finally I was able to get back to my App (re-installed) after all the updating done. I had to use my laptop to make the changes in order to be able to use my App again.
It keeps bouncing around after a plan selection is made, and then it displays an incorrect selection (looking for new doctor), then it brings you back to the initial page to select, it insists on keeping the random unselected selection which cannot be changed! Oh, and it also asks you to sign in before moving forward after you've already successfully signed in!
Can't log in. When I launched the app it insists that there is a new version of available. And will not allow me to log in until the app is up to date. I have checked the app store for updates, there are none. I have uninstalled the app completely and redownloaded it, only to get the same error. The app is currently non-functional.
Video visits not working, it just sends you back to login.
Update 1/2022: app works sometimes, but very inconsistently and guess down often. Very poor app. I recommend accessing their messaging and info via a desktop computer. //I posted a review of this app that didn't appear here. I'm posting again to see if poor reviews are being rejected. This app no longer functions at all on my pixel 4a. Can't see appointments or send or view messages. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Probably explains why phone hold times appear to be very very long.
Poorly optimized, pressing back at any point deletes any progress in scheduling appointments or the like and takes you back to the home menu. Everything has to be scheduled months in advance, and they put the absolute bare minimum of effort into everything they do. What am I paying for again? Kaiser permanente is not worth it and this App is the perfect example of that. This is what's wrong with Healthcare in America.
