Groupon Merchants

THIEVES!! I used this app as a merchant and I never gotten paid for a síngle service, It's over $100 and this people had my payment option updated and they said everything was updated, this is definitely a scam for small businesses trying to come up, they don't even have a customer service number to call and the online assistance It's terrible.

I need to pause my campaign. I've been trying to pause it for 4-5 days now. You can't get ahold of an agent. The chat with an agent feature doesn't work at all. If you try to email, it says connection error. This app is garbage.

Do not waste your time and money signing up to this app. You will not be able to cancel the deal later. I have tried many times to cancel it as it's a loss of profit as most of the money goes to groupon but they keep declining my cancellation. I have also tried to contact my groupon manager but now he keep saying he does not work for groupon anymore. I've tried emailing and phoning groupon themselves and they will never reply and it goes straight to voicemail.

I do not recomend this app or service. They keep permissions to silly things like being able to change your own address. This not only causes confusion with clients but hurts ones online footprint. Then its impossible to contact them to get it changed. You work for a quarter of your fee for clients that never intended to come back and pay full price for services. Perhaps its better for higher volume, lower cost products or getting rid of old stock.

Groupon is a good app, I've had a bunch of new clients since I made a campaign. A satisfied client refer me her friends and relatives. The payment is every two weeks . They are serious and responsible. This clients was clients that I didn't have before. They're welcome to my business.

The app itself is fantastic and easy to use, the only feature it doesnt have is the ability to update and change things on your own. You still have to contact Groupon, if youre lucky to get your rep on the phone. Other than that, the graphs and commentary from your guests are great!!

I've been a Groupon merchant for quite a long time. Recently, I have been unable to redeem any customers Groupon with this app or even through pc. This issue has been a problem for the past three months with no resolution. More recent, the support option for live chat or sending an email hasn't worked. I give this app a three star rating because this app has worked well over the past 3 years prior to this past 3-4 month issue. Please fix this.

The app drops your campaign info. Leaving the user blind to what campaigns are running and # of groupons sold. Refreshing the screen doesn't work, reinstalling the app doesn't work and restarting the phone doesn't work. The app claims it's unable to establish a connection while all the rest of the features including the voucher list and redeemer work perfectly. The only other aspect of the app that claims it cannot establish a connection is the email form for the support team.

The app itself works well. Customers booking through Groupon? A disgrace.... unwilling to comply to actual business rules and pay for extras (not included in what they ordered) as they book through the app. Rude characters that no business or person really deserves to deal with ever...

Can't even get in touch with customer support. Been trying for a month! I've called and let numerous voice messages and no luck. Your email support doesn't work and neither does your chat.

I am just ring to set up my account and already I'm regretting it. It tells you to choose the category your business falls under, ok done, now it tells you to select up to 3 things you offer. Problem is you have to type it in then select it from a drop down menu of options they provide, problem is I type in the services and nothing comes up. So I can't move forward with my initial start up. What a joke.

User friendly for the most part. Some sections slightly confusing. Setting up the pricing is a good example of slightly confusing. I feel like for the first campaign, a little more hands on assistance would make it easier and less frustrating.

this app was great at first but then it would not let me log in on my mobile device...I called and they fixed it then it happened again a few days later then they fiedit and it happened again a few days later...I tried and tried to get help ..but through the emil customer service its hopeless, they are slow and ridiculously unknowlegable. I finally gave up and don't use access to my account at all. I just tell the client to show and redeem from their phone. Really dissatisfied, and disappointed

No matter what I do, the app will never let me log in. I think the coding needs some tweaking so that android users can stop having so many issues. I'm not the only one. I would love to be able to use groupon merchant on my phone for easier access but I cant even log in! If you can please work on it and let me know when it is fixed or in the process of being fixed. I'll be happy to change my rating as soon as I can actually work it!

I DONT KNOW WHY i bother with this company anymore! 1. Its impossible to contact anyone. My campaign has a wrong number and they wont let me change it. There is no live chat and the number always goes to answer phone! 2. I asked to pause my campaign and its been days its still running! They take more off the price on top of the first discount. When i asked about the additional discounts they make, do they take it out of their cut, they said no! They slash your prices more without knowing.

It doesn't matter the connection I have it stays on the buffering screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. Would love for this to work but unfortunately I'll just be uninstalling all together until the bug gets fixed.

I'm new to Groupon. I downloaded the app and all the numbers don't make sense. Under "campaigns" it says I sold 4 units. My impact report says 3. And the dash board says "no sales yet, we will notify you when someone buys your deal"!!! I don't know what is going on.. but this is crazy. I chatted with customer service and they told me it would be fixed once I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it didn't. Not the quality I expect for the percentage of our sales you are taking.

This app is super easy to use. I am able to see all my stats quickly and easily. Everything I need, including the scanner is right there. I totally dig it. 😊 p.s. Ive used it on Android phones only but works like a charm every time i load it

Rip off Rip off Rip off! Can't give it zero stars.. as a merchant the customers come in redeem the coupon and then they call Groupon to get a refund. Groupon is allowing customers to rip off the merchants. Do not do any campaigns with Groupon as a merchant..it's a rip off

app is easy to use when it's working and shows payment information. But it crashes a lot which is really annoying when you're trying to redeem a voucher so you can get payed

Cant make campaigns on the app. Just constantly says there is no connection, despite having noninternet problems. Just constantly freezes up and is not functional.

I was really hoping to love being able to utilize Groupon for my business, but once I was able to finally get it to work (wouldn't work for months), and seeing the fees Groupon takes out of each item, the cost is not worth it at all. I have a business to run, and cannot afford making UNDER $100 for all the work I do. I understand fees but taking HALF the amount being charged is ridiculous.

this app only works 50% of the time. had a client use a groupon and had to look him up on the voucher list because name search wasnt working. found him on the list and no way to redeem the groupon, the button wasnt working and im ati unable to mark it as redeemed.

Rip off, Rip off! Do not use Groupon for any campaigns. The customers will redeem the food and then cancel the coupon .. it will be a total lost for the merchant - not worth it!

Love it and have for years. No issues within app/ desktop version, on recieving goods in a timely manner or getting refunded

Im strugling to get the new app working when i go to campaigns it says:"sorry, unavailable at the moment an error occurred" im on android. Works fine on IOS ( iphone) but not on android please fix it as it gets quite frustrating.

It is ok. Live events don't stay on top and the event date doesn't seem to matter. I don't need to scroll past a bunch of closed dates to see my sales. You can't redeem by hand, you have to scan a code... Which is silly for live events where old people can't seem to use their phone.

Have been trying to log in to Groupon Merchant Center for 2 days via my Android and it just keeps buffering. This is ridiculous. I personally only use Groupon to build clientele, Groupon gets over on it's merchants and takes money they shouldn't take. You can do a service at your regular payout amount before they run a special but they will payout at the special rate.

There's no way total trash, all my service are sold cheaply and for receive the payment I must contact them and discuss 6h Cleaning that they sell to the client $320.00 they paid my company $81.00 costumers only paid with coupon. I'm not going to redeemed nothing again I'm not interested to do business with Groupon anymore, this is nonsense, they cutoff all the payments and they don't want to pay on time

The app won't open. I can't redeem a coupon from a client to get paid for the services I give!!! Not Good!!! I don't do free services. This is a lawsuit situation on groupon!! Don't send me customers if your apps don't work!!
