I wanted to raise complaint regarding an household fixture but before using the app I was asked to update. Though play store indicates that the app is up to date. I had no option but to reinstall. Even that did not help as I am unable to login using any account.. google account or facebook account. When using the forgot password option, the app says that a link has been sent to email but no such link is received. To make it worse, even customer care number listed on the app is in valid. 😓😒😕😡
Not a smooth app.. pages are disconnected. At times you need to go all the way to home page and navigate again just to visit the previous page you visited. Also, the tool is quite slow.
It says my app is outdated and it should be updated . When I click OK, updated version gets installed . When I click " Open" , it is going back to the earlier screen " your app is outdated......". As a result, I am unable to use the app!
Easily the worst app I've seen in my life. It's quite impressive that they've managed to create an app that's terrible in every way imaginable. The UI is a disaster. The "features" are rubbish or don't work. After having it for a month, I have no idea how to pre-approve visitors. If I have a visitor, the app does nothing but I get multiple spam calls even after I approve on the first call. Really, what's the point of this app? Please hire some Quality Control or UI people.
The notification sound is still not working. Only silent notifications are appearing which we tend to miss. I have checked my settings as well. It's extremely important for the sound feature to work. Please fix this asap.
Too much buggy, many things don't work, poor state management, sometimes, in a view, pressing back exits the app, when it should take to the previous state. Sad to see, commonfloor is not willing to invest well in tech space.
I am really a non techie and the support team was extremely responsive with helping me get started and actually walked me through step by step how to manage and operate the app on my phone. Its new features “smart guard” is really brilliant as one can see the entire visitors log in once get online. Response time is excellent and I would highly recommend using them. Thank you Commonfloor Groups!
Worst app ever on playstore!!! Had to give 1 star as I cannot post the review without it. The only feature working for many folks in my apartment was notifications. This too has stopped now. No other link/page opens and you get URL/broken link error pretty much every time.
nice app, i love it, little slow but it is helpful. but it is giving me error message this morning saying that app is outdated please update to latest version. when I come to play store then I do not see any update button it says up to date.please help me to fix this problem as soon as possible because I am not able to use this app anymore because of this error message. I am using oneplus 6 phone
Doesn't work.. says update app and nothing happens.. wasted so much time.. updated.. got it working somehow and now can not log back in... I don't understand why errors should be fixed by changing orientation... very very poor app also, phone support does not work... it just gets disconnected. update - still can't login after 3 months..
The complaint interfacing should be better than existing. The datetime for each comment is not shown. The complaint number is missing. When web version is used to browse the complaints the top complaints can be seen. The show all button at bottom is not working. The edit of complaint do not allow you to upload photo, only while creating, we can upload photo. When open link from SMS it redirect to google play to install app, while complaint is lodge from the app only.
When I open the app, it asks me to update but when I open play store, it says there are no update available. UPDATE: Based on feedback received (appreciate for feedback) from CF team, only reinstalling the app worked. But reinstalling the app is not how issues should be fixed. Other than the update issue, your app is so 2014. People used to have this kind of App and user experiences in 2014. You need a better product manager and better developers. It feel like I am having this app only because I do not have a choice.
This app is completely irritating. This app is being used by my community n the notification system is completely useless. After a guest comes in, i get the ring for permission to enter after hours. After the guest leaves I get the notification after hours, even after a day! The app functuonality is absolutely pathetic!
Terrible UI experience.Its not at all user friendly. Every time u click the notification bar is says no notification with some error..u refresh it 2-3 times then it may show it. And its very slow even though ur connection is 100Mbps. Please hire good developers. App has lots of bugs
For past 4 months, this app does not show the due amount though I click on my dues...also it shows I am having slow internet connection whereas I have 150mbps connection...I could use the groups commonfloor website properly, but this app does not work...I tried updating it many times, but never worked
application is installed and when I am opening it, it is telling that app is outdated and upgrade to use. but when I check Play store, it shows latest version is installed. It is going in loop, unable to use app.
I don't think my comments would matter to the makers of the app but as I can see all comments resonate the same feeling. Have u guys launched the stage version in prod and then forgot about it?? This is thus far one of the most crashing app ever to be verified by play store. Please don't make more such apps try something else instead. Thanks!
The Discussin tab doesnt work. Unable to see any new discussions. It keeps moving and never comes up. This happened after latest update. Also gives message something went wrong but no resolution.
Worst app, possibly on this planet! TOTALLY UNABLE to fix basic bugs. Embarrassment in supposedly IT rich India. LMAO. Update Sept 13 2019. It is as pathetic as ever. Keeps showing internet slow when we have 100 mbps speed! Hundreds of times doesn't even show newsfeed (important for residents) and never opens the discussions option. CONTINUES TO BE A PATHETIC APP. Your so-called "updates" are WORTHLESS.
Most of the time app doesn't work and don't show notification for smart guard. Since week I see please update app but app is up to date and not able to use. After suggestion or response I u installed and installed again. Now it doesn't show my gate
The App is good, but whenever trying to download attachments then down as downloaded but document not visible in the device. Unable to understand where the docs are getting downloaded. No path mentioned also.
horrible application and support is too bad. It did not allow me to log in and kept on aksing for update.. To update I had to uninstall existing app and reinstall new version.. after installing new updated version I am not able to log in and there is no support provided since last on week
we migrated from URBANBONDS & found this app & web portal are just enough to manage basic activities of society. several advanced features- fixed deposit, facilities management, assets accounting are for namesake. After 2 months of use, I found several bugs in accounting part. And there is nobody to correct.
They are deliberately blocking UPI payments. Extra charge on UPI is only 6 rs, but it never works. They are charging 2% extra on every other payment option, and all of them are working. Customer care number does not work. No response on email. This is illegal and fraud.
I have been trying to open the app for over a month now, it throws an error message "App is outdated. Please update to the latest version", neither there is a update available nor the error message is fixed.
Currently facing an issue while opening ban app which shows a pop up as App is outdated and when redirected to playstore it shows the option only as Uninstall or Open. Nor after that i can use the app for my common group societies.
If there is an option to give negative star, I could have given that. Nothing is working as expected in one go. Every time it is open, common message is "Something went wrong" even if I am using it with 100 Mbps high speed WiFi internet. The worst app on my android device.
