Mediocre app that seems to have quite a few areas in need of improvement. The double authentication glitches require IT help, and I am now currently unable to log-in due to an update that doesn't exist. The app is easy to navigate when it works, and the setup for claims is nice. Not being able to view what receipt you submitted for the photo claim is a pain though.

Terrible. UI doesn't work. Can't upload. Confusing interface. Parts of the app don't load or respond to input. They tried to just take the website and shove it into the app.

Layout isn't bad but photo claim doesn't work and eclaim doesn't allow you to attach receipts. Pretty useless unless you need to check your balance. Not much different from the website. That is useless as well. Guess I'm going 90s and using the fax

Biometrics don't work. They send a password to your email and you have to use that password everytime.. it's annoying. Please let us sign in by fingerprint it's 2021.

This apps has a Photo Claim but when I use re reimbursement done.. No history no update I dont know?… Photo Claim is useless

Can't even set up your account through the App. Cannot upload receipts via the app. Incredibly frustrating. Just use the web portal.

Set it up like it asks you to. When I was done went to log in and does not let you sign in to make a claim. Tells you invalid info. Editing my review. Tried reinstalling and updating my info and still won't work. Useless app.

This app works as advertised. I can submit all of my claims, see the status, view my coverage booklet, receive payment right into my bank account and I also don't need to bring my physical wallet card with me anymore.

I have been told that claims must be submitted with the phone app, not online, and no where in the app does it ask you to submit a claim.
