This application allows you to calibrate your grow lights so they are at exactly the right height for the desired amount of light you want your plants to receive. It also records the max lumens sensed so you can record the brightness of a light. The max can be reset to 0 with the Reset Max button.
This is done by allowing the user to specify the desired lumens they want, and then testing the light at different heights until lumens in that range are achieved.
Example:If you set the desired LUX to 10,000, assuming your light gives out over 10,000 lumens, hold screen of phone close to light, and slowly pull away until phone beeps. When phone beeps, the current lumen output at the current distance is between 9,700-10,300, and you should raise your light to this distance from the plant.
Specs:-Desired LUX values range from 0 to 50,000.-This application was tested on a Motorola Droid 2 Android Version 2.3. If you have any problems, feel free to email me.
Enjoy!
