The new version needs some serious work, every time i open it an "enable fingerprint scan" dialog box pops up and the box itself is so glitchy and shaky you can even click the buttons to close it. On top of that, I recently went to pay a bill and the app glitched and sent the transaction twice, which is a huge problem for obvious reasons.

Well, I used to love this app. I still love how easy it is to check my account balances, but I can no longer use mobile deposit. It brings me to a blank screen with an "Accept" button at the bottom, which kicks me back to the previous menu when pressed. This is especially detrimental to me because i spend much of my time 50+ miles away from the nearest physical branch. I really hope they fix this issue soon. Using a Galaxy S9

I used to love this app but since the most recent update I can no longer deposit checks. I hit the deposit check button a new screen pops up but it is all white/blank except for the "Accept" button at the bottom. Hit that and it takes me back to the main screen. I uninstalled, reinstalled and still have this issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus so this shouldn't be an issue.

This app leaves a lot to be desired. Some checks are deposited through it and some are not. I have had transfers between accounts get duplicated. Customer Service's response was that it was my fault and I needed to uninstall and reinstall the app. Use the tellers inside the branches instead, they are very nice the app is not. REPLY TO BELOW: That's great and I hope it works out for your customers. I will not be one of them anymore since this app is getting worse by the day.

This is the worst App! Just about everyone is complaining about the same thing... mobile deposit is not working. All Grow states is uninstall and reinstall but it doesn't work. If this has been going on for a year than it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that it's on Grow's end. Seriously with today's technology this should be fixed immediately! It wouldn't hurt to actually add email addresses in for additional contact. There is no reason to make an app that is useless. I can go to the website for everything this App does. Maybe add a mobile deposit in your website and then you won't need to waste money on this.

Crashes every time you attempt to run, Useless! New web site is also now useless, can't even see interest charges. Really wish I had never been conned into getting a loan from this bunch. With all the junk mail you send me attempting to sell me things I don't want and didn't ask for, you could have at least included a notice that you were discontinuing support for your Android App, better yet just updated this one, then your customers would not have to worry about hunting down a new application.

Uninstalling. App doesnt work for me. Everytime I open it, it pops up saying the app stopped; close or report. Ive already reported. It is of no use to me when it wont even go past the green screen. If the app no longer works as stated, then take it off here. I uninstalled and it still gives the option to install....why, if it is no more?

major issues. I use a Samsung Note 9 I have installed and uninstalled 5 times. still unable to log in. app continues to give error code of invalid credentials. I have made new user name 2 times changed passwords 3 times no help. each change of user name and password I was able to log in to web site no problem but not app. I also waited 2 days between each change. my phone is fully updated available. fix the app.

App not opening on my Samsung Galaxy S10. It keeps shutting down. If I try to open it from the play store, it gets the initial green screen, then returns to the play store. Used to be a good app. I downloaded the new app because I wanted to deposit a check. The instructions are vague, so I was unable to do it. I went to the CU to cash it today. I asked the teller if she could tell me the proper way to endorse the check and she had very little knowledge. Tellers need to be trained to answer ???s

This app use to be great, then they did an upgrade and now all I get is No-Network. Yes, I have unistalled and reinstalled a dozen times, closed all other apps and no go. Take your app offline if you are not going to fix.

just took the update and the mobile deposit doesn't work. came here and surprise, surprise.. folks have been complaining about this exact thing for months, white page with a useless blue bar. tried uninstalling and starting fresh knowing full well it wouldn't work and it didn't. get your house in order Grow, if I can't conveniently bank with you I'll find someone else.

Tried to log in, using my fingerprint. App tells to use my username, but I only have the option to use my account number. When I do use my fingerprint, the app just states invalid credentials. I do not live near a branch and it makes it impossible to deposit a check. Please fix this, every day that I can not perform a mobile check deposit, it costs me money.

This site does not work. Mobile deposit does not work. I can't even get to my account. Everytime I try it takes me to make a new password. This site is awful. The building on 9th St. In St. Pete. Is awful. I have written 3 times about all this and never get a response. No one cares!

App kept saying no network connectivity, yhrough wifi or my phones network. I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, reset my phone, cleared my cashe. It crashes at startup. If you cant even make an app why am i trusting you with my money?

I used to use this app almost daily since their upgrade its telling me that this versions no longer available yet there is no newer version in the Play Store to be able to download I tried to use card manager. the card manager version will not allow me to access since their upgrade it says a user with my name already exists however I can't access with my user because it doesn't send me password resets. What gives grow? do I have to go find another bank to use? don't tell me to call for help.

unable to log into app after changing password which seems to be a common issue that they have not addressed hopefully the new app/vendor they mention knows how to make a functional app and provide proper support which is hopefully the reason they are switching to a new app due to current disregard for these major issues.

I am leaving this bank. Mobile deposit is very important to me and your app is still not fixed, even uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt help, what's the point?
