I was largely fine with everything until recently, but now I can't use the app at all. It started acting as if there was no network connection at all, even on a very strong wifi connection. No amount of reinstalling, cache clearing, or force stopping the app would get it to work. Grow, please, fix this.

Fix your app! Clearing the cache does nothing, resetting the permissions does nothing, uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing. App is just stuck at a loading screen and does nothing. This issue has been going on for quite awhile now, So I'm just gonna assume it's on purpose for what ever stupid reason some penny pincher thought up to save money. Time to switch banks I guess.

After the latest Android system update, the Grow app hangs at the splash page (never gives the login screen). I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. They responded promptly to my complaint but I can't find the cache setting in the Grow app. The issue only appears when I am on WiFi.

It's been an ok app until now. App recently started saying there was an error when I tried to open it (I noticed it today). Installed the update, rebooted phone, uninstalled app, reinstalled app... still get a message saying, "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again." and then the Continue button does nothing! And now there's no access online either? Thankfully my other CU's app works fine 🤔. Maybe they should hold all my $....

I haven't been able to login to my bank account on the app for almost a year now and have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to gain access with no results. I moved and can't visit a bank in person and have no other way to access my money in my account since they cancelled my credit card and won't send me a new one. They have the vast majority of my money and are unwilling to escalate the issue or actually provide any solutions I'm genuinely thinking about talking to a lawyer.

Latest version of the app is bloated and harder to use. The new imaging processing function for check deposits often fails to work properly, requiring multiple retakes before it captures the data correctly: if at all. It couldn't even process one where the routing and account information was clearly printed in black on a white background. The photo is clear, well lit, and all text is easily read by the human eye. There is no easy way to access a manual mode. The images displayed aren't cropped to the actual check boundaries and not user reviewable before submission. DEVELOPERS FAILED

Using this upgrade has been a very frustrating experience. Even when it does work the navigation is not friendly. I have three accounts that I need to manage almost everyday and I keep having to re-enter my password, it keeps losing my thumbprint access and keeps asking me if I want it, even though only one account can have it. Now, for two days, it won't log in, keeps looping back to username, no error msg. I'd gladly give up the extra bells and whistles for the old app that actually worked.

I'm kind of disappointed in the change. Over all the app is fine, but the budget module is no where near as nice as what it was before. This goes for the website as well. It's not intuative and some of the functionality has been lost. For example, I can't budget my external accounts for some reason. I want "Flourish" back. I'm still hopeful that future updates will improve this feature and many others.

New App - updated review, trending down: I was highly critical of the original app because of the lack of updates. Overall, this seems better, the interface is clean. A couple of issues include that bill pay is missing. I also noticed that if you click on "contact support" then email it gives you a website address not an email address. It's a small error, but it should have been caught during their QA / testing. It makes me wonder what else I will uncover. *update contact support error still not fixed and bill pay is not available. It was what I was just told after a 16 min call to get it enabled. The previous response from Grow appears to be in conflict. I was told bill pay is only available from the full site not the app.

There's never been a time that I've had the app installed and had 0 issues. Each issue I encounter is a definite obstacle. Current issue is that navigating to the mobile deposit menu is inaccessible. Occasionally it was accessible, but uploading front/back check images would overwrite only the "back" image input (app ignored "front" image input). Take some hints from GTE Financial.

A bit disappointed that neither the app, nor the website, nor apparently my local branch will allow me to make an ACH electronic payment to someone else's account, or to accounts that can't be validated with microdeposits. Have no idea when, or if, this feature will be added. It's not entirely app-specific, but I wouldn't even mind if you had to use the app to do it.

I keep having the app verify my identity more often than it needs to. Have called the bank/help desk and they have not provided a solution, Un-installed & reinstalled, still no solution. They need to fix this bug as its very annoying as they're telling me its a phone issue, but this just started in the last 1 year and I have had the same phone for the last 3 years. Once I am logged in, it works fine. The reps that I have spoken said they never have to verify, it's such a nuisance. Please fix.

I personally have not experienced any issues with this app. Everyone griping about the new update either needs new phones or they're obviously doing something wrong because I've had the new update for awhile and it seems sufficiently user friendly to me. Easy access to my accounts, easy money transfer process, easy check deposit feature, and many more features. It can be a little difficult to correctly capture the check, but nothing to complain about overall. Definitely an A grade app

I avoided the old app because of how limited it was and the app would randomly stop working. I was glad to find out that they were updating both the website and mobile app. They have been sending E-mails every month about the update since April and it was on their website. The new app is definitely an improvement. It reminds me of other banking apps that I have used before. I love the look and it is easy to use.

Horrible layout. I'm not sure why they ditched the last app, but it was ten times better in my opinion. How can you go from better to worse? The green isn't even condusive with your logo. Also, I have both a consumer and business account. Signing out and in from one to the other is a hassle. I realize that it's necessary, but can you make it a little easier for people like us? Perhaps a grow business app? That would be awesome!

I was fortuantely able to set up my account after several attempts and glitches, but now I go to log in and it sends me to the contact information screen to confirm my information. All the information is correct so I go to press continue and it won't allow me to forward over to the next screen and an error notification keeps popping up. For a new app I am not impressed. All I have had is issues and I'm not even logged in properly yet.

I've been using the app through numerous updates and it is wonderful & always accurate.... All debits & credits are displayed instantly. It's extremely user friendly and I love using bill pay. Why pay the utility company, or anyone else a convenience fee to pay my bill? I never understood that. First you charge me just to be a customer-not like I've a choice. Then you charge me to pay my bill & they don't 💋 you first. With Bill Pay, select the payee, how much and when & DONE! AWESOME APP!!

App to not working for past 2 months. Keeps saying, "The provided credentials do not match our records". I have uninstalled, installed, updated everything. Can still log into my account on computer. I can even go onto Google and log in on my phone to bank. App just isn't working. Called customer service. They are investigating

App keeps stopping. Tried to use the app on 8/12 to check different balances and deposit a check. App stops before I can select anything. Have used the app many times in the past and it worked great. Saved countless trips to the bank. UPDATE: After logging into the account on the web (not mobile) and accepting the ACH banner, the mobile app started working. Web view now looks very similar to mobile app.

I dont like the new update. I have to login in 3 to 4 times before I am actually logined. Everytime I I attempt to login the screen acts like it is going to load and then starts back at the start up page. Also I have more than one account and this new app only allows me to use one account. This app looks nice but it is missing some key abilities. Please just throw the whole app away and bring back the old version.

It has been two whole days and still no return call. Bye. Couldn't get verified over the phone? After providing my first and last name, bank account number, DOB, last four of SSN, and full driver's license number and state issued, I wasn't verified to access my account information, so I can access the new app. How extremely inconvenient. I'll be closing this account as soon as I pay it off, since I can't seem to access it anymore. It's a shame, too, because I've had this account for 17 years.

EDIT: HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SOLVE THE ISSUES BELOW. apps works as expected looks like the database got mixed up or something during the transition to the new app. The two-factor verification code that Grow wants to send is going to a completely different number from the one on my account. so, I'm not able to use the app at all since i cannot confirm that verification code

awful experience. had the old app all set up perfectly. now we have to delete that app instead of them just updating it. new app doesnt work at all. no help on the website. call the member support number and look at that, THEY ARE CLOSED!! GOOD JOB! As a business, I really trust you now. no notice of any changes, just one day you go to log in and it doesn't work. I guess i didnt need to deposit this check for payroll after all. I will be moving to another bank ASAP.

*EDIT* Spoke with Member services who indeed verified that these were issues with the software and not the checks. They submitted the information to the tech team for review. They also refunded any fees I had as a result of their faulty software. So despite replies to the contrary, this is a broken app. the new mobile check deposit doesn't work half the time with hand written checks. It complains amounts do not match when they do. The old app never had this issue. *edit* taking this down to 1 star. The mobile deposit is TERRIBLE. Just had my 4th check have an issue due to this horrible software. Never had an issue with the old one and never have an issue with my other bank.

Trash! The app works when it wants to. I log in and it says loading account information and then takes me back to the log in screen. If you have a business account you have to call customer service to reset your password. Forgot password dosen't work. Ever since they updated the app over thr summer it has been a nightmare!

I was able to login into the app just fine with the instructions sent in email. My issue came from once in the app after verifying everything to make any changes I have to verify again. That is really annoying. If you have it text you to verify, then you open the text and go back to the app it resets due to inactivity.

Buggy Banking App, trying to move money around does not work. when trying to complete transfers the buttons do not do anything. Selecting the back button sends me to my homescreen on my phone and I have to fully log back into the app. In it's current state, it's useless. UPDATE 6/28/19: App in its current state is useless. Now it no longer recognizes my username or password. I confirmed my username and password were correct on my last attempt, they were but Grow has forgotten me.
