For some reason it's in French and it won't let me change to English, even though I have it set for USA. Also, the reason I wanted this app is because I thought I could set myself reminders on when to water each of my plants, but I don't see anywhere to set a reminder. I will be removing this app for my phone for sure.
Maybe I could give a better rating but since I can't even get into the app to use it.. I can't tell. Everytime I try to log in I get an error message >>missing "en.account_error_invalid_contract_violation "translation] I tried to make an account, told me I already had one (never used app before), reset password with sent code...didn't work, then used google login which I never wanted to use....didn't work. Sometimes the mainscreen comes up but as soon I try to add plant, log in pops up
This app had only half of the six regular houseplants I have in its database. It is cumbersome to use. And the chat feature automatically starts in French, and there was nowhere to change the language settings.
Worked first time that I used the app. Then I closed and re-opened the next day and now the 'My garden' page doesn't load at all. I've checked on Google Play and there are no updates available. Not a very good app if you can't use it for its intended purpose. Can the developer please get in touch with advice on how to resolve? I imagine that there are other people experiencing the same problem
Was fine. It stopped loading my plants. Was instructed to reinstall. This worked for a short time and now no longer works again. On the latest reinstall it hasn't remember my details at all!
Created an account with Facebook and logged in for the first time and a notification came up on my Facebook account. The app won't let me log in and says that account is already registered. So then I tried to get an account with my email address and it said that email address is already registered. I've never used this app in my life. No matter what I do I can't create an account or login.
Couldn't find any of my plants even though they're all extremely popular house species 😂 what a shame, seemed like a nice set-up... also, I am not fluent in French enough to navigate the other 50% of this app - there's no translator option, so I will be uninstalling.
It is a really beautiful app, but you have to have a subscription in order to actually use it full time. You get a free trial and after that you only get to choose from 50 different plants if you don't subscribe.
Update: After trying many other apps, I've come back to this one. It truly does everything I need & more. Does need work expanding the library, but it is constantly growing & I'm happier than ever! (Note: not all settings are on English - needs work) Thanks, I love it! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Initial: Great idea and lots of potential... plant library needs expanding. I know they are working on it but I need more right now. I will revisit in the near future but not for me right now.
Once you subscribe, there's no option to unsubscribe. And they keep taking my money. Deleting the app doesn't help either. Beware of this app.

clunky and hard to navigate I couldn't find many of my species. Then a notification that says "giz us some water"??? Nope.
Seemed like a nice app but functionally and performance are lacking. Wouldn't allow me to create account.
Hey I don't do reviews but I needed to and I'll definitely be sharing this forever because my entire province recieved an average of 75mm of rainfall and I recieved three notifications from you today telling me how dry it is. Re-read that. Yes.

The features don't work properly
It looks great but will not allow me to connect
Its slow and doesn't have many plants that i am looking for
Worked fine for a while. Paid for the subscription and all was good. Now the app will no longer show my plants even though it notifies me that I have "gardening to do". I can't mark that I have watered or cared for the plants so the notification is useless. Tried to contact customer service but have received no response. What a waste of my money.
