GSDP-ENVIS

Utilising the vast network and expertise of our ENVIS Hubs/RPs, the Ministry for the first time, has taken up an initiative for skill development in the environment and forest sector to enable India's youth to get gainful employment and/or self-employment, called the Green Skill Development Programme (GSDP). The programme endeavours to develop green skilled workers having technical knowledge and commitment to sustainable development, which will help in the attainment of the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), National Biodiversity Targets (NBTs), as well as Waste Management Rules (2016).

A very good initiative by GOI, but I would like to give a small but very basic suggestion, As govt has spent around 70k/student for various courses and if these students wont get jobs in respective fields than what is the use of providing course, Yes it will alert few people but on a short term basis but if you r able to provide jobs with a reasonable salary structure then it will be worth it and will be a long term solution too

Provide the facilities to give rank or rating to institution who conduct the course. Example as a pollution monitor ,i take gsdp training from adri patna but I am not satisfied the facilities they provided including lab facility. So we want next pollution monitor course will not provide to ADRI PATNA.

Unable to submit the form online. Everytime I submit the application, I get a message, "The page at gsdp-envis.gov.in says: Enter Particiapate Because", even though I have filled each and every credential asked, and I am taken back to an unfilled application. What is the issue?

This app keep getting crashed. Also while filling the form , it repeatedly asks to fill same details over and over and then crashes and i have to fill the form from the start again. This app is of pretty poor quality

When I applied for the course It generate lD number but not password for log in details it asked for both i.e. password and ID. While applying from app it doesn't generate PDF of application form for further process.Though app is good for information but not for applying course, when you are taking or applying for course it ones again show all list , Important problem for this app is for applying course,more over log in password....... please solve this issue,also who applied for course please generate their application form with PDF format...
