GSE-Web | Inventory Management
The GSE-Web application allows you to manage your stock and your inventories.
It's a complete inventory management.
No need to invest in expensive hardware to manage your stock, your barcode reader is included!
Scan barcodes or QR codes directly using the camera on your smartphone.
Enter or exit your products by batch and manage your online product reservations.
Manage all your equipment, and book their spare parts using the method SVR.

Note: To use the GSE-Web application you will need to open an account on the https://www.gse-web.online.
The main functions are:
• Integrated barcode scanner (1D and QR Codes supported) for your inventory management and inventories
• Work in real time or offline to view the status of your inventory
• Enter or remove products from your inventory (individually or in bulk)
• Access to the product sheets of your articles
• Access to the product data sheets of your equipment
• Access the list of your reserved products
• Directly and easily perform your inventories using the application (scan all your items by store, fill in their quantity - multiple smartphones can simultaneously inventory the same store)
Example of using GSE-Web:
In warehouse: When your products arrive, scan all the products in your pallets and send the quantities directly to your stock. Scan all the products at once to leave your stores.
On the go: your sales representatives can consult the products available in your stock and make a reservation directly using their smartphone.
For your inventories: connect as many smartphones as you want to inventory your inventory. No need to use expensive handhelds or PDAs!
In pharmacy or in your restaurant: check out products that are close to their expiration date. Avoid expired products. GSE-Web checks the presence of any expired products in your stock every day and automatically alerts you by email.
Equipment Management: generate a QR Code for your equipment, view these spare parts and book them directly online.
In addition to the mobile application, you can use on your GSE-Web account many services such as:
• User rights management, user group creation
• Product reservation management
• Project management and the publication of vouchers (work order) for the preparation of your projects. Your warehouse workers prepare the necessary products and your subcontractors and service providers receive the withdrawal form directly by email.
