You can't view your billing even if you already enrolled for the paperless one. It doesn't show the immediate details of your account. Check out Smart's app and copy!

I downloaded this app to get an up to date status of my postpaid line. Gservices doesn't do this and never refreshes even if i click the refresh button countless times. Waste of time. I use this app only to see OUT OF DATE info on my plan. Plus, so much lacking services. I hope all of the globe services can be managed in one app.

Incomplete promo subscription list. Does not reflect current subscription(s) and consumables. Offers no practical value over what *143# can provide. Useless in daily application. Needs great deal of improvement. Poorly designed app especially vs what rival telco has to offer.

I just re-installed this app (replacing the old version because it wont refresh info... and yes my internet connection is good) and this app wont open after many attempts to log-in. The same trouble I had with previous version when I first installed that. Other network apps work fine... but this... why???

It doesnt update my current load and reward points. I have a decent signal and data on my phone when i try refreshing my info in g services and also tried doing it on wifi but it doesnt work. So whats the point of keeping this app when its not properly working.

Account billing does not update and my dashboard is stuck with billing information last September 2018. Would've been a convenient app but since there are a lot of bugs, its practically useless.

Uninstalled this app a few months ago because of buggy behavior. Reinstalled again since it seemed to have fixed its issues... turns out it's still buggy. Balance due amount and current load amounts do not refresh.

The only good thing about the app is just you can check ur current balance instantly.. other than that are just a bunch of not needed features.. It would be great app if Globe can manage to put all things in just a single app. Hopefully they will.

No update on internet, call and text usage. Globe signal in our area is so low. My bills are paid ahead or on time and reflected balance is still present, now they cut off my line even payments are up to date not to mention poor service after sales, and endless "apologies" for the "inconvenience". They even called me and wanted me to avail their home broadband internet, haha!

I used to love this app. But just recently, it doesn't refresh the screen anymore. Please fix. Update: Because of this, I've removed then re-installed the app. Now, the app can't connect to the server! Giving you 1 star for this until it is fixed. 😕

Its becoming more of a habbit for them to really squeeze some irritating exxesive bills. To be honest. A friend of mine abroad said to me once, globe should be a criminal. They never have problems like these abroad. When he came here last year on a vacation he always got cut offline. Worst service ever period... I shoud not even give this a star.

If you don't use it for a long time, your account (due payment, rewards pts., etc) doesn't get updated. Hassle if your about to pay. You still need to siff through your sms, instead of just accessing it immediately.

This app will be helpful if they try to improve it. It's useless as of now! because it's full of bug, glitch and more. You can't use it the way you want ti. This application is so important for us postpaid plan user yet globe does not putting effort into it.

It was not useful after I re download it since it was not refreshing after all. I did try to enter my landline and postpaid number but it keeps on telling me that they can't connect to the server, even if you have a very strong internet connection. Anyare, Globe? 😠

Does not work properly. It always shows my bill for the month of September which is 2 months ago! Nothing happens what ever I do. Uninstalling. I will just use globe's website.

I have a very bad experience. It does not even updating my info and if you file or send any concern it does not allow me to send even I have a 4G connection which is indicated in my phone.

Very useful app? Am I stupid? Can u tell me why Globe Services, Globe Reward, Globe At Home and GCash are under Globe but are all separated app??? Globe must be very rich to set up separate app but are very poor in providing customer need and satisfaction. From redeeming reward to data connection you are very poor

Terrible app. Always crashing. I called customer care regarding this and they said globe would be rolling out a new app that was more convenient that's why this app was neglected. It's been months and whatever the hell happened? Nothing

My account balance display is as of September 2018, it has never been updated and the app won't refresh anymore to show the up to date balance.

The app is not functioning anymore as intended. The data being shown is still from data in Sep 2019. Globe cannot provide a good customer service eversince.

After uninstalling and reinstalling the app it seems like its still not fixed. Still getting error "Can't connect to server. Please try again later"

Frequently does not update, currently showing data from September 2018. No point in having it installed.

dont expect this can help you get more information than *143#。 you can not even view your account statement and if u want to check your promotion status you have to send a request and receive a text, what the hell do i need this if its just same as text request? totally useless

This app is very useful before. For me its a big help since I'm outside of the country, I can check my balance thru this app, But what happen now? Doesn't update how much is the balance and the date still from Sept. Please do something about this.
