Good app, although feels like it it's missing games, features etc compared to other slots games, would be good if Millionaire Machine could be upgraded past level 10, Also I now miss the spinning the wheel of fortune wheel, any chance of adding wheel spins to the new daily bonus?

11 18 19. I continue to have problems with opening different slots games. Seems like if I open one that hasn't been used in awhile, then I can't open my favorite ones. I've tried uninstalling etc., but no luck. Is this fixable? 11/28: ok,I have a new phone with 10 times the capacity. I still can't open your stupid slots. Other than that, I like your app. Fix it, okay. I'm getting very upset with this.3/10: it sure would be nice to be able to open a some of the slots when I want.

I have played this game for years. I bought a new phone and lost my game account that had 160million chips and 45 medallions. I contacted players support and Patricia responded but didn't restore my account. Then she wouldn't respond to my communication. Why? Daily missions and rewards aren't worth the playing time. After updating the app, you lose you points. It seems the app is hungry for players to buy chips. Still waiting for a resolution to my issue. ANYTIME!

Very unhappy with this app ever since you did some changes the app has been having a lot of problems it keeps freezing, stopping, and just going down right in the middle of games . You lose your chips or you lose your winnings not fair

I've been playing this game for a few weeks now & It is literally impossible to continually play these slots due to the fact that there aren't enough wins to keep your cash amount high enough to play. I'm onstantly running out of money & that's insane bc the highest amount of money I've been able to bet was $300. Usually I have to bet $75 to play a little bit longer and I still run out of money. I would've given a zero star if I could've. Conder yourselves lucky for getting one star!

I am not sure about what the other games are, but the slots and bingo are ok. I don't play cards so I won't have a problem when I skip it all together. The app its self isn't that bas but then as g as in I just got started. I'll keep you posted

Playing as a quess and I get 3000 dollars and the money was GONE in a matter of minutes. Had no chance to see what your games was all about. PATHETIC.

I used to play this game all the time... The latest update has ruined this game!! Beyond the fact that you can no longer play as a guest it's virtually impossible to win anything anymore..... Absolutely do not recommend this game.... Update... This game is still a cheat.. After hitting level 101 now my levels won't advance... It's stuck on 44.6 for the last two weeks lol.. Unable to open game. Have been playing for many years and have accumulated over 76,000,000 coins. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no luck

I am very unhappy this morning. I have been trying to load this app all morning with no success. I put money down for chips and medallions and cannot even use them. I would like to know if anyone else is having this same issue today and if so what the turnaround time is for resolution.

Just downloaded and they don't give you enough coins to even start with and they make you start at 3000 min bet. That's only 3 spins to start with.

I played it for the video bingo but game play wasn't the best. It was all glitchy on the left of my screen and the cards weren't centered. I don't like how you have to switch the cards. And the caller called so fast by the time I turned the game speed down to 1 (I have never had to play bingo on the lowest setting!).. I had missed about 5 numbers! Waste of time for me. Uninstalling

I usually like this game. I do like the new bingo makeover. However, I think you took some realism out of it by showing you where you have ball. The great thing is that you can slow it right down, pause & challenge yourself by speeding it up! Which is fun. Tonight I began to play around of bingo, the screen began to flicker, everything was on the screen except the bingo cards. There was no sound. I closed it and rebooted my mobile to no avail. Otherwise several great games!

Honestly can never actually win anything! And when you do manage to get a decent win, it just stops paying out and all tokens are lost. Cost of token packs are ridiculously expensive especially with how little you get and how little you ever win! I enjoy GSN games, but I think this one is neither fair or honest and needs to have more wins, fair pricing for token packs and more ways to get free tokens other than the pathetic amount you always get on the daily wheel spin. I would highly recommend to all my friends etc. To avoid this game and not even bother as you never actually win anything and it's just a complete scam!

I really like this app and the games are very realistic and interesting. However I've experienced issues such as hitting three bonus wheels on Wheel of Fortune and not getting the bonus or not being awarded all my coins. Unless you purchase coins you have to bet really low because their daily coins are very little and it's hard to get ahead. I've had to log out numerous times because I ran out of coins and didn't want to purchase any. They only give you like 1000 chips! Not enough!

BIG YAWN!! THIS APP IS EXTREMELY BORING. I HAVE TO COLLECT TOKENS EVERY HOUR TO TRY TO ACCUMULATE ENOUGH TOKENS TO PLAY. THEN THKE TOKENS ARE JUST TAKEN BECAUSE THE GAMES DONT PAY ENOUGH TO PLAY FOR MORE THAN MAYBE FIFTEEN MINUTES. IM ABOUT TO UNINSTALL THIS.

I will be quitting this game. Extremely low bonus points. Supposedly a 'medallion ' every 5 days. Previous, every day, after initial joining up. Low points, high wager. Forcing you to purchase points Nope

While I like this game, you can spin 40 to 50 times before you win anything substantial. I stopped playing this game a few years ago. I recently started back. I think it's time for me to stop playing again.

Well designed site, not found elsewhere. Need to add more games. I have played for a year on the same machines. Allowed me to win big for a short while and then took all my money in spite of my winning 200 million chips and buying 100's of dollars more. You just lose, lose, lose. One expects to lose eventually but not so consistently and dramatically. There needs to be some balance in the winning and losing for it to be fun.

Frustrating. My issues were not addressed. Tried to follow their instructions to contact the developers directly to constantly getting the response on unable to deliver - no web address. Change comment to diminishing potential. Great potential, however win return to bet ratio extremely unfavourable. Doesn't allow you to scroll to others slots but instead shuts down. Would also like the opportunity to personlise - remove unwanted slot games from the selection and just keep the games I like. Overall - not impressed.
