not showing other stations. when we ehter the name of city no suggestions are appearing.. please fix this
All the buses are not covered. For many buses, you have to go to booking window. If gsrtc can't update this app regularly, then its of no use. Its a time wasting app.
Pathetic app. You can not select FROM and TO city. It seems application is just like any government department. Never helps when needed.
Worst experience so much add and not user friendly at all , I had never seen like this such a disgusting app never install
I have just install first time and feel link very bad because of much advertising ads showing and some if the ads come very bad. It's really irritating....
Need to update. When we go in booking , the one bus selected after that we can not go in different bus booking. Session timeout shows. Need to improve so that whenever one bus seats are full we can go directly on different bus.
Verry much abnormal response of searching any buses,many times not able to search required source or destination and frequently getting message like its under maintenance,need serious improvement.
Previously this app used to be better to book buses. Now it's worst. Sorry team but the app isn't helping.
Not a good application, lot of improvement needs, it doesn't not show many stations, many times it hangs.
This does not show any proper results.l find no route from vidhyanagar to borsad and many other this app only occupie the space of phone and the result shown by this app are not sure.so, be attentive when you use this app other wise you may not able to rich your destiny.
There is many ads showing and I suggest that you should add more local and InterCity buses timetable because it's for short route and more helpful for people otherwise this app is good to use.
App is crashing and also not able to book tickets from suggested cities. Worst app and website of GSRTC.

I was Booked ticket of Volvo on 22nd feb 2018. Ticket was Booked but it was not sent to me on my e-mail or SMS. Due to this, I arrange another way for journey. Still my refund is not given
Vary bad service of Gujarat gov. No one is there for help the passenger at Ahmadabad Depo.

I always travel through GSRTC... Pathetic service.... DEFINITELY NOT satisfied with application... Even you don't write bus number and name in MASSAGES so other person who is not aware other than the person who book tickets... PLEASE make some definite change in application....
Search Criteria inadequate, bus no not available, no mobile numbers of bus driver conductor, confusing totally, in case of need to whom to contact
Third class app😤😤, cant able to make booking, amount debited from account but ticket not received, so much advertising, cant get proper result, GSRTC should close this app, and should stop to cheat passengers, i request to all never book ticket from this app...

Very poor serch engine. Every time it responsed GSRTC has stopped working.
It is very useful to know the exact timing of bus and ticket booking as well. It saves time and it is user friendly app.
Nice app for getting bus timing and price details..but still they need to improve.

What the hell is this ? I feel shy to say that it is app, on which gujarat being digital. Government ni pase bov badha option che emni application banvvana km aavi app banave che. College na final year na student b ana project ma aanathi to sari app banave.
Previous version is far better than the upadated one, Other city is not loaded in current version..
