Good app, but it has some functionality issues. Constantly requires log in even though the 'remain signed in' option is selected. Sign in fails often even when using GTT wifi or mobile data. With these issues fixed I think it's well on the way to being considered a great app.
not good at all! did everything they said. still can't get my blaze account to be linked! dnt know what my balance is, can't confirm payments have been recorded, CSR did the best they could but clearly it's a technical problem. I will be uninstalling until you guys get it fixed.
Very frustrating. Can't have multiple accounts. Never stays logged in. Annoying login process every time you want to use this app. It's faster just to use *100#. Waste of time downloading.
Does not open when needed. Had to uninstall and reinstall several times. Works when installed then refuses to open after with error messages ' not opening' or close app. Very frustrating !
I am revising my previous rating. This app is slow and does not provide current usage like the one that I erased by mistake yesterday. Anyway because I registered for paperless billing years ago I have to hold on to this.
Promoting stuff that does not work. Installed the app, and when the pin comes in and is entered, it gives an error message. Not sure how much R&D went into this.
In the registration process an error keep occuring everytime i type in my number (digicel) and I can't move from that process, they should make this service available to both digicel amd gtt costomers so they can check their phone bill.
This app is filled with lots of bugs sometimes you get in most times the app just crashes and closes on you not allowing you to get access to the app and account.
I sign in to my existing account and it asks to add a service. I choose Blaze, I enter the required info then it asks for my email address again!! I enter my email address and it says that the email already exists. what?!!?!! Come on GTT I'm seeing other persons saying the same thing weeks ago. Edit: Youre asking that I update to 6.8.0.280 but the latest version on the store is 6.8.0.255.
App does not have a persistent login. Bill's aren't made available in a timely manner they often show up 8-6 days before they are due.
This app is unreliable for me it keeps asking for a invoice number which I don't have. So how is it possible for me to view and pay my blaze Bill!!
this app is constantly crashing, i reinstallled it and the same thing occurs. very unreliable
The website don't work the app don't work..... keep getting error whether I use pc or phone app or website every single time 24/7 all year...total waste of time
the app is only for one account. I have a prepaid,a post paid and a blaze account and it is be created with the prepaid account and when i attempt to add the other two accounts it is saying accounts cannot be linked

It is very bad, especially when you can not get on the app and it is crashing all the time.
Very amazing app you can download and pay your bills using this app also view your bills right away when you finish your payment I'm impresses thank you GTT for the my gtt app

I downloaded the app and everytime I go to open,it kept saying my gtt stopped.i have no idea what's going on.

This app ask you to sign up to view account now if u never gotten a internet blaze bill how can u sign up when ur phone number is ok but u need a last bill number....they dont accept ur account number...its waste of time sending sms to view bills online when u dont have propper way to sign up
Rarely opens. Crashes most of the time when I try to open it.

This app is very unreliable. I've been trying for weeks to use this app to pay my blaze internet bill and it is giving me a very hard time. The app keeps asking for an invoice number which I'm pretty sure is the receipt number on the receipt I was given when i paid my bill last time. I've tried contacting the customer service reps to assist me to set up the app but the invoice number they gave are of no use. I'm still having a hard time setting up this app. Please do something urgently to fix this matter.
