GTC Movies

Biggest gripe is it doesn't move your purchases from Upcoming to Past Purchases. My upcoming tab is still showing movies from months ago. This has been an issue for over a year and hasn't been addressed. It's getting tedious to scroll down an increasingly long list just to show the attendant my ticket information. Going back to Fandango if isn't resolved soon.

Does everything it should. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the seat selection layout doesn't match the theater exactly. It appears as if I was buying tickets for the very center and ended up a row back and to the left. You have to know your theater layout and which rows and seats you prefer before purchasing. If that isn't important to you, you will not have any issues at all.

For some reason, on one device it shows more rewards than the other. Confusing. I even downloaded it again. Overall, great. Easy to check movies, reserve seats, get rewards, be reminded of upcoming movies.

horrible app. consistently cannot look up showtimes or anything else as it always says there is no internet connection. have tried with wifi and with my mobile providers 4G LTE. this has been going on for months with no change or update. finally fed up...just use the website.

I've had an excellent experience using this app. Easy to use. The only things I wish it allowed prepay for concessions. I also wish I could purchase gift cards from it. Hoping GTC will soon offer monthly subscriptions similar to Regal Cinemas. I definitely would subscribe!!!

We would give it 5 stars if they just turned up the volume! Every time we go, it's just not loud enough. During the soft spoken parts, my wife and I find ourselves straining a bit to hear the words. My yearly military testing shows normal hearing abilities.

I use on my android Note 8 and a lot of the features do not work. For example I cannot see the point balance on the Rewards tab [but I can see it on computer browser).

App is never buggy and works really well. It would be nice to see the rewards program updated in the app. It is lacking and it just needs a better look.

It's very convenient and easy to use, especially when you are rushing to get to the theater. I have been using the app for several years and will continue to. Even if you're out of town and other theaters are affiliated with the app, it comes in handy.

This app opened the first time, but the second time I tried to get it to open all it did was spin. Honestly, I wasted time downloading this app.

Good app, skip the lines. Only thing I don't like is finding you QR scan code if you close the app. Its buried in your recent purchases and they are listed oldest to newest

Really like the app... Able to see showtimes and buy tix. However I can not see how many points I have which is irritating.

Keeps telling me I'm using the wrong password. Sent to a link via email to reset password No matter what I enter or how, I get an error message but it doesn't tell me what the error is

Great app. Very easy to maneuver. I really like picking the seats in advance of the showing.

This app needs an update badly, Everytime I go in this app I always get an error message and my points haven't been updating like it suppose to please update this app so it works perfectly

I have used the app since they came out with it with no problem, but I recently got a new phone and the app will not let me sign in. Is there a way to fix that? I checked and there isn't an update available.

I used the app to buy movie tickets for out family, but I never received the email with our ticket code to see the movie and our credit card was still charged.

Keeps saying "Check your internet connection" every single time I try to use it. Trash app.. Fix it please!!

Love that you can set your favorite theaters and the rewards program is worth signing up for if you're a regular movie goer.

frequently has problems when first opening but improves as you use it. also does not update your points ever

This app is so easy to use. Pick a movie, select a time, select a seat, and pay. It doesn't get more simple than that.

I enjoy using this app. I can view times, movie info, order tickets, and pick our seats.

Very easy to use and love getting to earn points as well

It's easy and convenient. I don't have to rush to get and spot.
