Was working great until the last update.

This app is almost identical to the BMO Harris Bank app. If your device is setup properly, you should not have any issues! After the last update, they tried to make this app just like the new BMO HARRIS BANK app and it failed miserably. I will uninstall and go back to my browser! Both banking apps are most likely data mining tools.

This is the worst pile of garbage I've ever used. You would be better off using an actual pile of garbage.

It was great I had to cancel my accounts there cause the bank that was close to my house closed and I wasn't going on the other side of town to do my banking.

This app is as awful as the bank itself. I've had to change my password 4 times in the last few months because it stops recognizing it.

Terrible app, tells me invalid user and password but I can login online

This app always has some type of problems. It needs a lot of improvement.

App is broken, keeps telling me to update and directs me to app store where no update is available

I can't get the open the app for the last week. Is there a new app under the new bank name? I need to deposit checks and check my balance.

"you must update this app.." but it's fully up to date. First Citizens takeover clearly isn't any better than Guaranty was.

App not opening. Directing me to update, but will not update.

After having an employee there set up my account for me and do it incorrectly, it took a long time to guess my way to signing in on my old phone. 4 months later, I got a new one! Now I can't even sign in anymore. At first I just thought I was guessing the wrong username, but after checking the bits of info provided on my old phone, it's correct. I guess I'll never know how much is in my account now..

Usually I can get in today for the first day I log in it tells me wrong id and password I know my pass word I know that its not wrong password. Make me think someone hatched my account.

I know my password but it keeps saying it's wrong. I would like to know how much is in my account without going to the bank or an atm.

I have been using this app for a while now and since the new update I am not able to login with my username and password. I know my username and password so why is it stating that it is incorrect?

Seemed ok at first then in looking through my deposits and withdrawals in my checking account noticing double deposits and double withdrawals and don't know what info to believe to be correct? Still has glitches

What's with the new permissions? I am absolutely -not- giving you access to the other apps on my phone. Completely unnecessary for this app to function.

I can log in online with no problem but I can't log into the app

It keep saying no connection

Tried a bunch of ways to deposit a check and it refused to read the numbers each time.
