Use to be great.. Sometime last year this app started crashing a lot for me. When I open it instead of seeing the log in screen, the screen is just blank and in the last 3 months I have had to Uninstall & install this app at least once or twice a month. Really starting to be an inconvenience.

This app has WAAAY to many technical issues! It randomly opens over other apps. It literally and randomly freezes my phone to open the app. Also Idk if this is an app issue or a branch issue but for some reason everything is being charged as credit and not debit. The app will show transactions as pending instead of taking the balance spent off. This creates a problem because it tells me and allows me to spend a balance I DO NOT HAVE! I am being charged overdraft fees be of this.

Literally don't understand why all of a sudden I can't log into my account. It won't let me use my fingerprint and when using my access ID and password I'm completely unable to even click the "log in" button. Not to mention it will constantly freak out when i don't have the app open, getting notifications that it has "stopped working". I'm sick of this trash app, why not, oh I don't know, fix it.

this app is very convenient. at times there are system errors and I believe its within the network. but as far access and posting and viewing transaction, balances, transfers; you can't beat it. almost as close to having the actual bank right at your finger tips!!

Only thing I dislike is that the Access ID is protected. I accidentally pressed the delete button and couldn't for the life if me remember way is was and there was email that showed my access id either and there's also no was to have it sent to ur email. Had to wait 2days to be able to call the bank and ask them. other than that I love it!

I don't like how the dates for my purchase are all messed up. They don't show the exact date that I purchased my some things. Also, the app will not be available in times where I need to check my account! That isn't good for those who need to make transfers and other things. Overall I think the app needs lots of improvements.

seems I'm always having some kinda problem with this mobile app. This app will not recognize my password as correct, after a few attempts it will lock me out completely until I call the bank. When i do manage to get in and use this app once i click on an account to look at it will not let me use the back arrow to get main menu again. I have to exit and clear the app complete out before signing into it again. I'm about ready to give up on using it at all.

WORST BANK EVER...I opened an account they direct debited $2,000...they preceded to put a 10 biz day hold on my money coming in from my other account. I get it a bank hold times can be crazy for new accounts, But then not only do they never send me account materials or my debit card, but they've blocked access to my account though I sent in my ID and address verification documents...And won't just send my money back to the originating account or send me a check! WORST BANK EVER!!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP! PRIVACY ISSUES! Deleted the app for final time, will only visit through Google. They now want access to your photos, files, basically to your whole phone and when you decline, it closes the app. Why would a Banking app need that information that is private and nothing to do with banking? DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I cant login for some reason because Guaranty decides that my correct password and ID are incorrect, even if I change my password and enter that password it. It just decides that im not a user. Which is fine, Guaranty is full of problems and I'm going to change banks. It now no longer recognizes my ID, email, or account number as correct. This is just pathetic.

Love this app. Any time I have a problem they are super quick to help, but the budget feature and the transfer feature work perfectly.

I wish there was a calculator inside the app. That would be plus. Also it keeps popping up after I exit unless I go in and force stop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several time but doesnt help. Good app when using

I been with this bank scent it merge with my old bank they basically kept the things I like about my old bank that is no long waits or lines and their on site ATMs cash and check deposit their site ATM's is the main reason why I keep this bank further more their i found out that their app is great with the help of their app hotline the one thing I hate is they use that word bill matrixs it makes me have to call them and find out the billing

the site logs u into ur last session not what is expected. it should land u on the dashboard. the mobile deposit button. does not say mobile deposit and if it does the words are cut off so u cant see it. if u seriously require mobile deposit to be written on the check then those firections should be very obvious.

Just deposited digitally first time !!!AWESOME SAUCE LOL. The auto capture seemed to be too picky so i switched to manual and Success!!! 4 stars because i wasted some time withthe auto capture

DO NOT UPDATE...When did the update on 9/18/2020. The app doesn't work when you click the app. You get a white screen i unstalled and reinstalled the app. Still didn't work. Please fix...

This app is terrible it never opens and only opens to a white screen very not useful. I never used to have any issues with it but now I can't even use it.

I really didn't want to sign up for this way of banking because of issue I've had with online purchasing. But I finally got tired of the bank charging me for statements every month. I love this now and wished I didn't wait so long

Guaranty personnel has always been professional and friendly. The website is arranged to make it easy to use. Now I can say the mobile banking is just as easy!! Thanks!!

I got a new phone today and installed this app and it won't even open when I click to open the app it says loading them pops up saying its closing won't even let me into the app so I deleted it so disappointed it used to be at least a little useful

This app works really well. I can deposit my checks without going to the bank. I can have multiple accounts and transfer from either account.

Utter rubbish. Crashes and glitches, much too often. Frequently have to uninstall/reinstall app.

I'm having a lot of trouble with this app. I install it check things for my daughter and log out and it gives me a blank screen. So I have to uninstall the app. Put it back on and start all over. What a pain!!!

This is an awesome bank. Very friendly and is on top of all the cyber scams that are going on. They have protected my money several times.

Great app and bank. Only complaint is the 3 questions about me it asks. I already have to remember my complex password but the bank and people have beeen amazing to work with.
