The crashing issue... It was happening to me too. I discovered that it doesn't like saved passwords or fingerprint login. As soon as I started entering the user name and password manually a few months back, it let me back in. It would be interesting to know if this works for others.

System crashed on Friday the 21/01/2022 so I emailed the developer and received a quick response, the problem was rectified by Saturday 22/01/2022. System works great. It was the first time ever that I had a problem and I've had the System for 4 years. Thanks again.

had constant connection drop outs at the start, but as 80% of the time it will work again after restarting the program, it wasnt a big issue. not sure if i got the settings wrong, but not everything is recorded on the sd card, not sure how it decides what to record and what not to. been 2 months now, and it has gone down hill. every time i try to change a setting, i only get 'failed' notifications. cant even change alert notification nor time settings.

Was working fine till about a week ago. Completely crashed won't open up. I can't access the app at all, it keeps crashing constantly. Tried uninstalling and rebooting phone several times but still nothing. Such a waste of money after buying the cameras and setting it up in my small business and not able to view it on my phone anymore. Uniden is no help they keep saying it's androids fault, but I can see several people are having the same problem.

Camera works well, but the app logs out by itself at least twice each day. Very annoying!! To make matters worse, to log back in you need to manually enter the >8 digit/letter password. Also, the app keeps asking me to set up the cloud storage, but then "can't find network". I've reported these issues, but so far had no response.

This app stopped working , crashed every time I open it. Now we have a camera with no app to use it. Such a bad experience. We will switch brand.

Does the job well- but I'd appreciate if you would stop spamming me with requests to upgrade to cloud everytime I try to view old alerts. I can't view old alerts and it's extremely annoying and dysfunctional. The storage is very overpriced compared to other cloud platforms. Not sure if you're going for the printer model of selling overpriced aftermarket products but I would highly recommend against such a strategy- it's bad for brand goodwill to constantly beg for money without good cause.

This is working perfectly with the Uniden Xlight. No false triggers or missed notifications. Works best on the home or work wifi. Just a bit slower on 4G mobile and provides a warning you are about to use data. Picture quality is impressive on HD. Currently got it installed on 2 phones and 2 tablets and haven't had any problems.

Just did the Jan22 update and it's worse. App doesn't open now. Running Android 12 Update: emailed developers, they sent me older apk version and after reinstalling, all is working again

Crashes as soon as the app opens. I cannot view my cameras now. Says supports android 11 but obviously isn't working. Fix this ASAP

Needing to re-install cameras. Just had update. 1st camera in, 2nd camera the app kept falling over. Restart phone, no help.....oh well. Only 1 security camera on line at present!

This was my second APP installed as purchased a competitor brand which I gave up and sent back to store. I therefore had an insight in what to expect. Now running a X light Camera. NOTE Never install the camera until you can drive via the APP 100%. I found this APP good. Every function worked except Push Notifications. Frustrated again after many hours I installed the APP on my Wifes phone a Samsung 8 Android version 9. This was now 100% functioning with notifications quick and all playback good with a SD card fitted. Note the longer the camera is powered the better it notifies. My phone a Rugged AGM X3 Android 8.1.0 was now to be sorted. Camera 24/7 customer service just rang out on hold every 15 minutes. Left messages but no reply. Customer service passed me on to Uniden support who replied once as an intro but not again with my very defined fault finding. So google helped in the long run. Chinese built phones have lots of power saving inhibits. First select settings /battery optimization./ APP Guardian 365/ turn off Optimization. Next Settings/Auto run management/enable Auto run toggle on Guardian - run on boot run on background. 100% good. Set motion sensor to 3 as false alarms from wind on trees. Any written instructions are poor or broad to cover other models. This is the worst non specific instructions I have ever seen. Compare it with buying a new car and all the manual says- start put in gear and drive. I hope my review helps as i spent hours setting up. Please note Xlight has a short 3 mtr USB fixed cable. I bought a 2mtr male to female extension. Lonf enough to get down the porch cavity to go through wall plate then plug in with extension USB.

Shockingly bad. I bought a CCTV system. But as of a a couple of months ago I have been unable to use the app rendering the camera system essentially useless as I cannot view the footage. When it did work you couldnt watch what you wanted to. ONLY the 20sec snippet that would save when motion was detected. Was so annoying as sometimes they weren't triggered so nothing could be viewed. I have uninstalled several times and tried everything recommended but it still wont work

notifications are great and instant but Its bothersome when I do get a notification that I have to click on numerous buttons just to see the live feed. I don't want to use cloud storage and there's no way to permantately dismiss that feature from appearing everytime I want to see what's going on with the camera. great app but seriously just one click live feed from the notification is what I want

What the? Can't even access the app now. Click on it and it immediately clicks off. We are paying for this service! Where's the support?????

The app was ok until three days ago. I am constantly sent alerts every hour or so but there has been no activity. When I try to play the alert recording it gives me the options to "view live" or upgrade to cloud. I have turned off the prompts, formatted the SD card but still get alerts non stop.

So we bought the camera, Love the quality, all worked well to begin with.. its two months later and the app has now completely crashed. It won't show me any videos from my alerts, No access to live feed of the camera! Not working on Android or an Apple device. Pretty disappointing stuff when you fork out so much money for these cameras. You would expect everything to work properly but nope. I think uniden need to pull there act together and fix the issues everyone is clearly having with the app

Never works properly. Alert goes off, open app to watch live app however app doesn't load properly and then you can't even view the footage to see why the camera is going off which defeats the purpose of having one .. app hasn't been working for days even after multiple deletions and reinstall.

probs be murdered by the time the cam shows on phone. reset password not work. if it stopped prompting for using data not wifi and also cloud base storage when its using mirco sd. should be able to dismiss permanently. disable prompt. also its stopped showing a notification image so I have to open the app and by then they could be gone. so I have to review the video footage to see if it's safe or an intruder. make a section to allow extra footage time. instead of say 30 sec change to 1 min 30

Haven't been able to access for months! The app used to work well, then a few months ago refused to let me log in. It now says "unknown situation, try again". I currently have cameras in my business which are now inaccessible on my phone because this app has stopped working. I have tried all troubleshooting methods to no avail. I expected better from a well known brand of security.

The app was working well but now it cannot launch on my phone. All other apps on my phone are working fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times, as well as reboot my phone. This is not good enough and the developers have not provided any guidance.

absolutely woeful, among many things it doesn't pick up my sd card, despite it being ok, it records onto it, so at some level it knows one is plugged in it just wont let me delete clips, format card via app as it says not detected. I'll be getting a refund its not functional at all.

Attempted to add app to Google home. Refused to accept my password, which was stored by Android/Google. Logged out of the app. It also refuses to accept the saved password. Attempting to reset password for several days from the app only gives the error message "Unknown situation, please try again". I now have an unusable camera.

Finally Uniden must have listened to the complaints cause this app is so so much better than the last attempt at HD Pro app. I had been using HD Pro and it kept locking my cameras and not recording. This app does everything easily. Thanks...great job.

Keep getting problems with live playback. The recordings don't payback half the time either. unusable in this state. Why are there 10 apps on google play for the same thing, just slightly different names? Wish I'd seen those reviews, would never have brought a uniden.

Works 100% 95% of the time. Can sometimes struggle to load cameras or notifications from a shadow etc even after fine tuning the sensitivity. All in all a good app 👍

YouTube Tomal's guide to fix app not opening after phone updates. Fixed my S20 note so I could access 365 again.

App keeps crashing when trying to add device. Please fix asap, otherwise expensive paperweight
